- Like all hotels in Amsterdam, it is expensive. Breakfast price is very close to the price level of degustation menu in a fine restaurant.

+ I have stayed in this facility few times, location is grate. Hotel stuff service is the best I have experienced in the Netherlands. It looks like it is a policy guided by the management. it is unique to the Radisson in the landscape of Amsterdam Luxury hotels

- The price is on the higher side for this type hotel

+ situation idéale. Personnel très disponible et de bon conseil (choix des restaurants, impression tickets entrée des musées pour éviter les longues queues, etc...), internet gratuit en chambre. Très beau buffet petit déjeuner dans une agréable salle.

+ alles sehr nobel aufgemacht, aber doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen; Mobiliar hat teils deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Das macht aber die Einrichtung wieder wett: wir hatten das Glück eines kostenlosen Upgrades auf die Business-Class, also mit Kaffemaschine und allem Schnickschnack auf dem Zimmer. Drei Coffeeshops in der unmittelbaren Umgebung!

- Matrazen waren krass durchgelegen. Feeling wie in einer Hängematte. Im Nachbarzimmer auch.... Im TV gibts für Deutsche nur ARD, ZDF und ARTE. Aber zum TV-Schauen kommt da sicherlich eh keiner hin. Frühstück mit 25,-€ p.P. krass teuer, haben wir nicht gebucht.

+ Location is good but far from tram so be prepared to walk a lot.

- Building needs renovation, dark rooms, parking too expensive. Staff friendly but not helpful. Dissapointing experience compared with other Radisson hotels.

- No work sauna. Innatentive and noprofessional staff on reception deck. Let check the ventilation (some time it smell as municipal sewerage) and paint the ceiling near door in 338 room because it is no serious for first class hotel business room.

+ Lovely room, comfortable. Very nice shower and bathroom. Very comfortable and very large bed, good international TV service.

- We didn't like the room facing into the foyer, and would have preferred a window facing outwards onto a streetscape.

+ Desk staff very courteous and housekeeping was excellent. The warm bathroom floors are outstanding.

- Could not connect my wireless laptop to network. I had to do my work in the lobby in the middle of a football game. Horrible. Tech support said he didn't use vista (at home) so he couldn't help me. This was bad enough I probably will not return. I should also get one nights refund from your promise of satisfaction.

- didnt appreciate getting charged for a phone charger and wasnt made aware of charges upon receiving it. was told breakfast would be 10 euros less if it wasnt pre booked. was disapointed with other rooms i had booked they were not the same size as normal matrimonial but they paid just the same,was told the night previous that all rooms had street view only to find that half were

- - During conferences smoking is allowed in the lobby making breathing very difficult. - Something's wrong with the WiFi in the rooms (and there's no 'fixed' connection); there are only two PCs in the business centre.

+ I travel to Amsterdam 4-5 times a year on business and always try to stay at the Radisson, simply because it is perfectly located and the staff is extremely friendly and provide very good service. This stay was no different from previous stays. Will defenately return.

+ Booked a nonrefundable stay a month ahead, and got it fairly cheap, including breakfeast. The breakfeast was really good (the standard 5 star breakfeast with everything you could possibly want)

+ Very friendly staff. Clean and welcoming environment.

- The only minus is the size of the car park, but this was turned into a positive because by calling and reserving a parking space in advance meant a very smooth and easy arrival with no problem parking our car.
