+ NICE AT REASONABLE PRICE, CLEAN, TRAM STATION IS JUST FRONT OF HOTEL. A HOTEL FRONT WAS VERY KIND.

- MANY DOORS IN THE ROOM, A BIT OLD STYLE. NO COFFEE POT.

+ Enorm ruime kamer en grote badkamer. Rustig gelegen aan de achterzijde. Keurig modern interieur. Leuk zitje in een nis aan het raam.

- Duur ontbijt (dus niet genomen).

- In de kamer oude vloerbedekking die er een beetje viezig uitzag

+ Clean bed sheets and new big towels. Friendly reception. Very good location.

- Worn out and dirty carpeting. Spartan loking room. There was a kitchenette adjacent to the room which was filthy (we didn't need it but...), sink full of cigarette butts. The room was very stuffy and when we opened the window, exceedingly noisy. The hotel is renovating the outside, which didn't pose any problem. Hope they will renovate the inside as well.

+ The hotel was relatively child friendly and nobody seemed bothered when my kids ran around or were noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful, though not always knowledgeable as to where to go with kids. Still, they did their best to answer questions and spoke reasonably good English. The kids liked being able to run around and the somewhat larger room size.

- The hotel was listed as a four star, which it definitely was NOT. However, the price we paid was decent for a three star and the breakfast (not included but not too pricy and didn't charge for the kids) was pretty good and very convenient. The location wasn't great as we were on the far end of Avenue Louise and could only really get around by tram or taxi. Neither was great as taxis turned out to be pretty hard to get in poor weather (when you need it most) and the tram station for our line was quite a walk from the city centre where most of the child-friwndly restaurants and activities with kids were. I suggest, if staying with kids, looking up where the Marriott is located and staying either there or close to there, as that is where we spent most of our time and where the main taxi station was that we always used. Either that or stay more central on Avenue Louise, such as at the Thor Stephanie, which was our initial choice, if you want a true four star experience. But this is a good choice if not with kids and on a budget.

+ Grote kamer met 2 2persoonsbedden waarvan 1 op een vide. Groot raam over twee verdiepingen. Badkamer en apart toillet.

- de ruimte was heel warm en een beetje muffig, vloerverwarmig onder tapijt. Het raam was stuk wat ventilatie moeilijk maakt. Overal zitten grote vlekken in het tapijt, wat het hotel een onfrisse uitstraling geeft.
