+ Alles was perfect. De kamer: alles heel en alles schoon, mogelijkheid tot koffie/thee zetten, tv, internet, strijken, föhnen, bad, luidspreker tv in badkamer, frisse lakens, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame en goed Nederlandssprekende werknemers. Prachtig uitzicht op landende vliegtuigen, zonder geluidsoverlast. Ontbijt was fenomenaal, zeer goed, chique en romantisch restaurant en een heel gezellige pub met goede kaart. Vrouwvriendelijk parkeren en goede rokersgelegenheden. Veilig gevoel!

- Beetje prijzig maar je krijgt absoluut waar voor je geld.

+ Vriendelijke ontvangst en wijze van aandacht door het personeel

- (Te) lange wachttijden in het restaurant. Dat terwijl wij in het begin het enige tafeltje waren (4 pers) Reeds gemeld in het formulier van het hotel.

+ The shuttle bus to an from the airport is very convenient. The bar food and atmosphere are excellent. The computer area with internet access is great. We had two interconnecting rooms which were spacious and ideally suited our familys needs.

- On two occasions we requested extra pillows which never arrived.

+ Great environment and service staff. Thanks to Mariska, the front reception staff whom was friendly and helpful. A very pleasant stay and will do so again when coming to Amsterdam.

- The bathroom floor gets flooded after a shower. Its difficult to avoid water pooling as there is no partition or shower curtains.

+ Clean, Modern and conveniently located

- Due the expiration date of my credit card from the time I booked to the time that I took my trip my guaranteed rate was not honored for my room nor that of my elderly mother. Staff was completely inflexible and unsympathetic to issue. Breakfast is very expensive for what is delivered. Better to eat at the airport.

+ Beds were so soft and cozy. Entire hotel was very clean, modern and reception/cleaning staff were excellent. "Chris'' in the lounge area bar was wonderful. Warm. friendly and experienced. He was happy to chat with us or do anything to make our stay in the hotel or city better. Bus drivers on the shuttle were excellent, friendlly and helpful.

- The service in the sports type of bar was horrid. My understanding was that this bar was open 24hr but try to get a coffee at 0800hrs. All 3 mornings we would have to call to find someone. Mostly being made to feel we were putting staff out by asking for coffee and interupting their cleaning or setting up duties. One morning they simply told us we could not get anything there at all and completely refused service. Perhaps this is not their fault and they are not actually set up for 24hr service. It seemed more like the server was busier putting out cushions/setting up in the back ect. If not there should at least be somewhere with warm and inviting staff where visitors can get a coffee before they head out for the day. If I walk into a restaurant at 0800hrs and stand for 15minutes, then finally have to call for staff, then treated like I am interrupting...you have an issue. I only visited late one night, and after waiting for a while thought maybe they were closed. I actually had to go ask a waiter if they were still serving and interrupt his conversation with a young girl. At supper time we had wonderful service and staff. This restaurant is making you look bad!

+ Komfortabel und preiswert. Tiefgarage im Hotel (14 Euro/Tag). Schnell zum Flughafen mit hoteleigenem Shuttle-Bus (5-10 min.) und auch schnell in die Stadt mit dem Zug vom Flughafen (20 min.). Alles in allem ein guter Tip für den Städtetrip Amsterdam.

+ Excellent helpful staff in all departments. Comfortably sized clean rooms and bathroom. Heated bathroom floor.Sound proofed from airport noise. Free internet. Good free shuttle service to and from airport. Van service to and from Amsterdam. Security card controlled elevator.

- Overpriced breakfast buffet [the sports bar meal prices or the cafe accross the street are easier on the budget]. No slippers or bathrobe in the rooms.

- Geen pendelbus om 4 uur 'snachts. Zou met vooraf bespreken wel mogelijk moeten zijn.

+ Zeer vriendelijk, vooral de meneer die ons extra koffiezakjes en een extra kussen voor op bed kwam brengen.De kamer was erg mooi ingericht, bar was gezellig, konden we helaas niet lang van genieten i.v.m. marathon van mijn man.

- Voor ons zelf was een minpunt dat we niet lekker van ons ontbijt konden genieten, mijn man deed mee met de marathon. Kon niet zoveel eten van te voren, terwijl we anders het ontbijt het belangrijkste en lekkerst vinden in een hotel. Toen mijn man vroeg of hij een stukje brood meemocht nemen om vlak voor zijn loop nog even op te eten werd daar een beetje moeilijk over gedaan, hier moest even naar gevraagd worden. Terwijl de ontbijtprijs niet zo goedkoop was.

+ Shuttle pickup at the airport was a big plus. I could find no information about this on your web site. Shuttle service to the airport was mentioned, but not pickup.

- Young man at the reception desk was rude when I approached the desk, as he was waiting on the only other person at the desk. He treated me like I was being pushy with a big crowd there, and told me to get in line, as he could only wait on one person at a time. A moment later, a friendly young woman at the desk offered to help, and she was great! When we went to catch your shuttle at 8 am., the drive was full of tour busses, and your shuttle was down on the road. The driver was sitting in the bus with the door closed looking straight ahead. When I knocked on the door and asked, he acknowledged that it was the shuttle. My opinion: the shuttle should have been up on the driveway, and the driver should have been standing by the bus with the door open, willing to help with luggage.

+ The "Stay and Park" package is great. My wife and I have been there three times and each time the dinners have been first class - love the scallops! The service has bee great, also, which can "make or break" a foreign travellors loyalty.

- Too bad there is construction going on in front of your hotel. It looks like the driveway was not installed properly!

+ ideale locatie, transfer naar schiphol, behulpzame medewerkers

- stoffige kamer, lege minibar met veel stof en roest, haren in de kamer, geen zakje in prullenbak, leeg bakje met hygienische doekjes in de badkamer, stoffige vensterbank. Ondanks de ideale ligging zal ik dit hotel niet aanbevelen.

+ Excellent hotel - rooms really comfortable and extremely well equipped. Some of the best I've ecer stayed in. Great attention to detail in the design. Spotlessly clean too. Free internet. Extremely convenient for airport. Look out or ask for their Early Bird prices - they make it great value.

- Very little. Soft drinks and snacks very expensive in lobby shop (so have some in your bag, or pick up in airport). But bar meals reasonable price though (and nice). Room price overall would have been too expensive without the Early Bird deal.

- - slight problems with overall charging (hotel was trying to charge for room more than it actually should have, the problem has been solved quite well and fast) - location (the bus goes to the airport only 3-4 times per hour and than it takes 15 minutes and 7 € per person by train to the city center)

- De koude douches in sauna kapot. En er is geen water of trekker om de banken in de stoomcabine schoon te maken. En de rustruimte een beetje te koud en niet aangepaste muziek voor de sauna, liever geen muziek.

+ Very nice hotel. Nice bathroom - heated mirrors are a nice touch. Beds are comfortable. Was not able to eat the free breakfast but it's nice that's it was included. Free use of computers/internet was great. Staff was very nice. Free shuttle to/from hotel at regular times is appreciated. Price was great.

- A few things in the room should be cleaned - there was some gross stuff on the ceiling and also what appeared to be mildew in the corners of the tub.
