The impressive building in which Best Western Belfort Hotel Kortrijk is situated, is part of the beautiful historic facade buildings at the Grand Place of Kortrijk. The hotel is on the corner of the market, on the one side lies the ancient Hall Tower and on the other side the Gothic Town Hall of Kortrijk. The hotel has four floors, half of the hotel rooms were completely renovated in 2008. The hotel has an elevator, laundry service, and there is a room service for breakfast and dinner.
Within walking distance of the hotel you will find beautiful downtown shopping streets and various historical sights, such as the famous medieval 'Broel Towers'. A nice museum to visit is the National Linen Museum. In the Kinepolis theatre you can watch shows. The kitchen is French-Flemish and there are Flemish regional specialties on the menu such as a stew of pig cheeks and brown beer. The kitchen staff prepare delicious fish and meat specialties and for the youngest guests there is a special children's menu.
The comfortable bar is open daily from 07:00 h. till midnight for a cup of coffee or a drink.

Also nice to do is a trip to the historic towns of Bruges, Ghent and Ypres. In the nearby town of Wevelgem is the Aviation Museum FAS - EXPO that offers an interesting overview of aviation history. The castle in Olsene gives visitors a glimpse into the Flemish life a 100 years ago. Kortrijk-Wevelgem Airport is located 5 kilometres from the hotel and the Kortrijk XPO at 2 kilometres.
