The comfortable family-run hotel Van Saaze is situated in Kraggenburg, a green village in the Northern part of the province of Flevoland. With its quiet location in a woody area it is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking trips. At the reception you can rent a bicycle. The region is also perfect for all sorts of water sports. From the hotel you can easily reach the village of Giethoorn, which is also referred to as 'Venice of the North'.
Besides a restaurant-bistro the hotel offers a lounge with a fireplace. The hotel rooms have a bath/shower, toilet, telephone, colour television and a minibar. For receptions there is a room available with a stage, sound and lights.
Food and Drinks
In Hotel van Saaze guests can take breakfast from Monday until Friday between 06:00 and 10:30 h. and on the weekend from 08:00 until 10:30 h.
The attractive restaurant offers fresh and savoury dishes. You can choose something from the menu, or have a special offer or daily menu. Children can also be catered for. At the fireplace one can relax with a drink or play one of the games. The bar is open from 12:00 h. until midnight and the restaurant is open from 12:00 to 21:00 h.

Surroundings
Hotel van Saaze lies in the green village of Kraggenburg in the Noordoostpolder, a region that is perfect for hiking and biking. In the nearby village of Giethoorn you can rent a canoe to explore the waters of the 'Beulakerwijde'. At just 10 kilometres from Kraggenburg you can pay a visit to 'Schokland', which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage. This area offers a museum on the geology and archeology of the Noordoostpolder and there is a stone garden as well. The amusement park 'Walibi World' can be easily reached by car.
