Landgoed De Holtweijde lies in the area 'Twente' close to the small village Lattrop. At De Holtweijde you may find allure, style and a pleasant atmosphere in beautiful surroundings. Food and Drinks
Breakfast is served daily between 07:30 and 10:30 h. and dinner from 18:00 and 21:30 h. The ingredients that are used originate mainly from the region. Traditional methods are used to prepare the food. Even all chocolate delicacies are produced in the hotel's pastry shop. On sunny days it is possible to dine on the terrace in between trees with a view of the grass-lands. There is a special restaurant where small children can dine early.

Surroundings
Lattrop is a small village that dates back to the middle ages. The area surrounding the hotel is very suitable for hiking and biking trips. Only 7 kilometres from the hotel lies the beautiful historic small town of Ootmarsum, where many interesting sight can be admired. The hilly nature reserve 'Het Springendal', that is renowned for its springs and burial mounds, is located north of this town.

Each Royal Suite has a unique character. They are situated in the main building or on the country estate (10 hectares). In some of the suites the outdoor feeling is accentuated by a large fireplace and a maginificent view. One suite has a whirlpool. Other Royal Suites are characterised by a Scottish decor and have additional space. For ultimate sleeping comfort the Royal Suites have Hästens beds. Some of the suites have been fully decorated with Hästens design. The breakfast is served in the matching style (if preferred you can take breakfast on your private sun terrace).

- Idyllic location if you want peace and tranquility.
- As a single female, I wasn't too happy about walking to dinner from the suite to the restaurant in the main building in the dark. You have to walk down a very dimly lit path through woodland. But rustling appeared to be merely rabbits and other noctural animals, rather than people.

- Die Landhaussuiten sind geräumig und komfortabel. Die Lagen variieren allerdings.
Frühstück und Abendessen bot viel Auswahl.
Der Pool ist auch zum schwimmen geeignet und schön angelegt.

- De kleine attenties bij aankomst zoals de koffie e/o thee met krentewegge op het terras, evenals de bonbons, koffie/thee en het, door de gasten zelf uit te zoeken, fruit op de kamer was een aangename bijkomstigheid.
De ligging van het restaurantterras is erg mooi. Landelijk met uitzicht over weilanden met grazende koeien.
- Er ontbreekt een grote ligweide naast het zwembad. Zwembad was overigens ook niet erg bijzonder.
Bij het diner (a la carte) waren er te weinig bijgerechten. Alsnog met trek naar de kamer gegaan.

- We kregen een kleine hotelkamer gelgen naast trap en lift met een badkamer zonder bad.
Wij hadden een landhuis suite bij u geboekt.Dit was dus niet overeenkomstig de boeking. Na ons ongenoegen geuit te hebben , kregen we als nog de goede kamer.

- wij hebben echt genoten van de faciliteiten die u in uw hotel aanbied.
Vooral de ruime kamer, het zwembad en het heerlijke eten en de goede sfeer staat ons nog goed in het geheugen.
Wijgaan bijna nooit twwemaal naar het zelfde hotel, maar bij u komen we graag nog een keer terug.
