Nice, clean and tidy, comfortable room, location near the bus stop (Bus No 45)...Value for money...
–
Heater was not working properly...But it wasnt out of order...
*my tipGood place to stay if you also plan to visit Kukenhof, apart from Amsterdam city centre...Closest station is Leiden Centraal Station, where u get all the bus/trains as its a big station.Plus,Leiden itself is a good sightseeing place with loads of scenic beauty and flowers,canals...U can also buy combo ticket to Keukenhof garden in Leiden (just in front of Centraal Station) which covers Keukenhof entry, Journey to and from Kukenhof...U can go back to Leiden or Schifol Airport from garden.Njoy !!

Breakfast from 6.00-9.00h is a little early if you're on holiday. Not the best views.
*my tipThe Breestraat is the main shopping street in Leiden. From the hotel, take bus 45 to get into the city center.

On our first visit (9 to 11 January) the service was excellent. The young woman who seemed to be in charge was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We were so impressed that we made a reservation for the period 22 to 26 January (we were returning from holiday in the Netherlands Antilles via Holland).
–
On our second trip our experience was much poorer, due mainly to the fact that the original manageress had moved to another town. When we arrived after a 10 hour flight our reservation could not be found. We were eventually given a room but it was a smoking room and smelled disgusting (we had reserved a non-smoking room).

Good price and most important fro me: free internet with good quality and speed!
–
Far away from the city center which might be a problem in the Dutch traffic situation.
