Susanne Perfect week-end trip
9.0
+ The hotel's own restaurant and cafe were excellent - both the food and service. Also very child freindly, which we appreciated.
- There was no place in the toilet to put your toiletries on. A shelf would work.
Lisa Bahmann Great location, clean, friendly staff but double room was like a close
8.6
+ great breakfast, friendly, helpful staff
- room was tiny for a double at 99 Euro
NBS Recommended hotel in Leiden
8.6
+ Great location - close to the train station and to the shopping and walking areas. Good quality for the price.
- The Internet didn't work.
Paul Griffiths-Davies Terrific modern hotel in a traditional building.
8.8
+ Perfect location for exploring the centre of Leiden. Very quiet modern room overlooking the street. Aircon is a boon in summer. Excellent breakfast to set you up for the day and the staff were friendly and helpful.
- The street outside looks rundown but doesn't impact on the hotel.
Charles Boyd A wonderful visit

+ Dear Hotels.nl: My wife and I chose the Rembrandt Hotel for its proximity to some of the University of Leiden's Academic Buildings as we had both been invited as External Reviewers for the doctoral defenses of two very talented graduate students at the University. The Rembrandt was an ideal location - not only was the hotel close to the University but also within easy walking distance of downtown Leiden and the Train Station. The room was comfortable and large, the amenities excellent and the service and the restaurant outstanding. On our next visit to Leiden, we look forward to staying once again at this small but elegant hotel.
Anonymous A safe bet for clean, practical place to stay - won't blow you away
7.8
+ very clean, central, very close to station small hotel. good evening food and helpful staff, quiet at night - no noise from street. air conditioning, room decorated quite nicely and relatively recently done. all decor in hotel looks good too. good tv and shower! perfectly fine for a business trip or weekend break - if you are looking for super romantic i would head further into the old part of town as this end is ok but not as pretty and the hotel won't blow you away.
- situated by cannabis cafés - though not a big deal may not be everyone's favourite location. breakfast expensive and flies on buffet. plastic mattress protector under sheet was unpleasant.
CGA Sweden Good location; friendly staff

+ Very friendly and service-minded staff Good location between central railway station and the historical centre of Leiden
Pete Forsyth Great hotel, comfortable, clean, friendly!
9.2
+ Very nice, spacious room with comfortable beds, nice shower etc. 5-10 minute walk from train station, 1 block from historic windmill/museum. Bars, restaurants on block are convenient.
- Bars can be noisy at night, however I was there on the night Holland's football team beat Brazil in the World Cup, so it may not have been typical!
Lars Andersson Historic and friendly

+ Great location, very clean
- On arrival, the receptionist wanted to make a copy of my credit card in case i do not pay later. This I find intolerable.
H. van Zutphen Prima hotel
7.4
+ Leuk en net hotel. Ontbijt was prima.
7.6

- harde bedden, piepkleine badkamer
Dick Lambrechts Leuk modern hotel met nette kamers.
7.8
+ Net hotel, mooie kamer, goede locatie.
9.4
+ bijna alles was OK
Goerie In potentie veel mogelijkheden
4.2
Bob Hoekstra Comfortabel stadshotel Leiden
8.2

Hans Leuk hotel
8.2
+ -heel verzorgd -vriendelijk personeel -lekker ontbijt -kamer was ruim genoeg
7.2
+ Lichte kamer, goed ontbijt
dineke rutten Heerlijk relaxed
8.4
+ mooie schone kamer, locatie midden in het centrum erg vriendelijk personeel
- geen minpunten
Davy Nelissen Goed
6.4
Margreet Staal Nice place, right price
8.4
+ zeer smakelijk, uitgebreid ontbijt voor €10.00
- rioollucht in de badkamer
Anonymous Uitstekend centraal gelegen hotel voor alle reisgezelschappen
9.4
+ Zeer goede serviceverlening in het hotel. Een nieuw hotel en goed verzorgd. Prima ontbijt.
Arjan Een fijn hotel, pas nieuw, in hartje Leiden.
8.4
Anonymous Prima hotel, perfecte ligging
8.4
+ Goed bereikbaar Perfecte ligging in centrum Mooie badkamer
- Kamer mag wel iets meer sfeer
