Smoke parfum in the rooms is awful. I got a room on second floor above smoking first floor. I could not take a shower because of the smoking air in the shower.

Very good chef (Husein), good choice of food and the quality was excellent. Pleasant reception staff. Breakfast at 13 Euros per person was expensive for what was on offer. Hotel is right next to motorway but there is no noise issue - very handy for travelling in the area.

No tea making facilites in rooms - would have been a nice idea as most hotels these days have them, even the budget ones.
One morning we had no cold water so could not flush the toilet or take a shower (water far too hot). We reported it to reception but the repair was not attended to within the 40 minutes that we waited (the guarantee is that problems will be addressed with 15 minutes or else you receive a discount on your stay) - nobody even came to the room to see what the problem was. However, it was sorted by the time we returned in the evening. We did not receive any money off for the inconvenience though.

I arrived to the hotel after a lengthy international travel. The hotel staff was extremely accomodating and permitted me to check-in early to allow me some rest and refreshment.

I encountered difficulty with the local T-Mobile hotspot internet service and led to unjustified connection charges that T-Mobile would not reverse. I do not fault the hotel for this.
