"Find your second home in The Netherlands"

Everything was well organised and clear at your hotel.
I had a really comfortable night as well as a really good breakfast.
It will definetely be my first choice, if it ever happens to need a "second" home to sleep here in The Netherlands.

I dont think that there are minus points about your hotel. Only the price range that it could maybe be a little bit lower. Like 50 - 60 euros.

Excellent location and situated right next door to a Pancake House & McDonalds if that is what you desire.
–
Poor bar area with poor service. Room is basic. TV Facilities are not clearly labelled and can result in paying for premium channels without knowing it.

You should provide better directions for arriving to the Hotel from Leiden for people who are coming by public transport, specifically walking directions from all bus stops.
