If I am being churlish, slightly off putting door alarm each time it did not close properly. The name of the hotel is the greenpark hotel - not the Hampshire hotel (not its fault) so it took longer to find than should have been the case.

1. The room air-conditioning unit was in a state of disrepair with loose wires hanging from it.
2. An unsightly (and possibly unsafe) electrical cable was visible hanging on a wall outside and adjacent to the window.
