A hotel with all the basics you need.

Good location as situated by the main railway station, also a walking distance to the city centre. Friendly staffs, good restaurant, comfortable room. It is idea for the business and other traveller.

Internet connection can be imporved and the charges to use the PC in the lobby is high which not suitable for using short time. Kettle in my room can not reach the plug while it is on the table.

we had only one blanket for two people (a really large one, but only one), the bed's a really soft (my back still hurts) there was a carnival party in the lobby, the hotel inford 'bout that, but they told us it would last till 2:30 am but it finally lastet 'till 3:30 am

Shift handover procedure should be developed

Location to central Maastricht is good whilstz being out of the central business district

The night/Late shift should ensure that when items are not functional, this should be reported to the day shift. The parking barrier did not work and when I asked the reception in the morning if it was fixed, they did not know of the problem. Thuis caused me some delay as I waited for the technician with the key and methgod to open the barrier.
