Best of Maastrict
  • + Great staff. Location is awesome. Great Value for the price. You must have a glass of wine in the wonderful atrium.
  • None
  • (Families with older children)
Very good location, but indifferent service.
  • + Very nice location and very quiet. We slept very well.
  • The way we were recieves was very poor. Not personal at all. The televisionset is on the wall in a corner of the room. You couldn't watch television out of your bed.
  • * my tip Stay on the first floor, then you have bigger windows.

Charming Hotel in Heart of Maastricht
  • + location is very strategic in city-center, the elevator is cool, old and heritage from the old time.
  • The room is not ready when we came at 15.00, breakfast without croissants and more self-service which is not I expected for 3-stars hotel.
  • (Friends)
plezierige admosfeer. Rustig gelegen in historische omgeving.
  • (Older couples)
Excellent hotel in a great location
  • + The location was close to the old town area, the lift to get bags up to our room made an otherwise difficult task very easy, it had free internet access to the room, the shower was very good, breakfast was OK, heating in rooms worked well, staff were very friendly and helpful.
  • No tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the room, the wardrobe doors were difficult to lock/unlock, parking was expensive.
  • (Families with older children)
A great short break base in a charming hotel
  • (Travelling alone)
Lovely hotel ideally located
  • + Lovely hotel, ideally located for week-end trips. Quiet area. Nice restaurant.
  • (Friends)
  • + Location is excellent. Parking is close to the hotel. Nice restaurant.
  • Price/quality. For 125 Euro (incl. breakfast) I expected a bit more. The room was very basic, hot and there was a lot of noise coming from the street the whole night. Poor breakfast. No locked space for the bags after check out.

Historic Maastricht
  • + nice monumental buliding, helpful staff, clean room
  • no small fridge/minibar

Hotel Au Quartier is a charming, authentic example of Maastricht.
  • + The hotel was charming, with the design and decor totally in keeping with it's historic building. The rooms had lovely antique dressers, yet totally modern bathroom facilities. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The location is near a main square, yet on a quiet side street. The lift was a major plus for us, as was the delightful breakfast - offered in style with a full array of fresh food, including a juice press and boiled egg bath.

  • + Lovely hotel and great size room. Did not get to eat in the resturant, but this looked very popular
  • shower was a bit poor

  • + Fantastic value for money. Very centrally located in a beautiful building. Staff very helpful and friendly. A very well run establishment
  • Can't think of any. You get what it says on the tin and a bit extra

Maastricht nice hotel
  • + Very good situation, all the staff is very pleasant, hotel's parking close enough.
  • Beds are a bit too soft
  • (Older couples)
  • + Great Location. Clean room. Very nice people working at the hotel.
  • Breakfast was a little expensive.
  • (Travelling alone)
  • + Wonderful place. The location is superior. Nice restaurant in garden setting.
  • (Travelling alone)
  • + Friendly personnel, great location, clean
  • Windows are single-glazed, so noise from the street and a draft (in winter) is a minus. Also, I found that prices had been raised for everything, so I ended up paying more. Extra charge for breakfast is ridiculously high in my opinion.
  • (Other)
  • + - very good restaurant
  • - very basic room
  • (Older couples)
  • + We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and in Maastricht. It was very clean, centrally located and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and we will probably stay there on our next visit to Maastricht.
  • This wasn't a huge inconvenience, but traveler's might need to know that they should park temporarily on the side walk next to the hotel to unload luggage and then get directions from the reception desk on where to park the car. Doing a bag drag would be a bit of a pain. But the parking spot is worth going to.
  • (Young couples)
  • + Great location. Very charming hotel, clean and nicely furnished. Excellent restaurant with very friendly staff.
  • The double room actually contains two small beds completely separated from each other - not ideal for a couple.
  • (Travelling alone)
  • + free internet quiet good bed afterwards paying
  • long distance to parking place
  • (Friends)
  • + location, clean, breakfast, nice and small hotel
  • getting in and out of the bathtub
  • (Older couples)
  • + Hotel is in an excellent location for the centre of Maastricht.Clean and comfortable.
  • We found the room very comfortable. However, if the weather had been very hot I think air conditioning would be useful. Also, there was a lot of noise in the street outside our room so we did not sleep very well.
  • (Young couples)
  • + very friendly, very clean, nice sheets. also wonderful service and cuisine in the restaurant. we loved our dinner under the evening sky
  • We would have preferred an actually double bed for comfort & romance rather that two twins. We wished we could have a locked space for our bags after check out but before our train since the train station only accepted Belgiun cards not MC or Visa to pay for lockers.
  • (Older couples)
  • + Great value for money, lots of character, good location
  • 1. We arrived in the evening and stood outside for 20 min ringing the doorbell; we finally had to call the restaurant from the street to get someone to open the door. 2. The instructions on where to park were very unclear 3. we were cold, there was no extra blanket in the room and when we complained about it the man only shrugged
