Their menu offers a wide choice from different cuisines and shows a true passion for cooking.
Hotel Beaumont consists of two buildings that are located opposite of the street. The large main building originates from 1885. A mixture of standard and modern interior styles forms the basis of the decoration of the rooms in both the hotel and the residence. Cream paint and fabrics together with dark woods create a timeless atmosphere that excels in simplicity and style. The rooms offer amenities such as a mini-cooler, bath robes and coffee and tea making facilities.
Maastricht Central Station (railway) and the MECC (Maastricht Exposition and Congress Centre) can be reached on foot from the hotel. When you are travelling by car you can easily reach Hotel Beaumont from the A2. You can park your car safely in the hotel's private parking garage.
Food and Drinks
For a healthy and energetic start of the day you can enjoy a breakfast in Hotel Beaumont and this includes food items such as fresh juices, fruits and different kinds of bread. The breakfast buffet takes place from Monday to Friday between 06:45 and 10:00 h. and from 07:00 to 10:30 h. during the weekend. At lunch time you can choose from delicious sandwiches, salads, finger food and much more. Lunch hours are from 11:00 to 14:30 h. In the evening hours you can visit the restaurant between 18:00 and 22:00 h. for an exquisite dinner. The à la carte menu is changed at least 25 times a year and therefore always offers the season's best. On top of that there are weekly changing 3, 4 and 5-course menus and sometimes there is a menu with a specific theme. The head chef and his staff attribute the good reputation of the catering industry in Maastricht to the hotel's membership of the 'Maastricht Culinair'. The catering staff have chosen to offer an extensive menu with international dishes as well as typical specialties from the French Alsace region and the Dutch province of Limburg. To guarantee a constant high level of quality they only use fresh seasonal and regional produce. To accompany the dishes there is a wide variety of wines, which are selected with care from wineries of the French Alsace and Rhône regions as well as wines from countries such as South Africa and Chile. It is recommended to reserve in advance for this restaurant.

- The bed: the two separate beds (instead of one master bed) were sliding apart all the time which has caused poor sleeping but it could also have resulted in injuries.
Cleaning services: cleaning ladies were making noise in the corridor already at 10 am.
Breakfast time: no option for late breakfast.
Heating system was not working in the bathroom and it has not been fixed despite we have asked for it.

- In de kamer waarin wij verbleven (501) was er tussen 23 en 24 uur en ´s morgens na 8 uur regelmatig een bijzonder storend geluid te horen, alsof er een wasmachine stond te centrifugeren o.i.d. in de kamer ernaast. Een groot minpunt, daar wij komen voor onze reust en ontspanning.

- Nice hotel - very lovely decorated. Beautiful rooms and a fine breakfast.
- The shower mechanism in the bathroom wasn't working properly, causing water to springle in all directions.
Had to move to another room due to no airconditioning (heatwave), and also because the room had no windows, but only a door - from which I would enter into a terasse where there were several people sitting and chatting.
The change of rooms were kindly handled by the staff - and I was moved to a very nice, but also expensive room.
It would maybe be an idea to tell the staff,
that private phonecalls should not take place in front of and at the same time as dealing with the hotel customers.

- Perfekte, angenehme Lage. Das Umfeld war belebt, mit vielen netten Geschäften und Restaurants, vorallem in den Seitenstraßen. Das Design des Hotels (dunkler Holzboden, warmes Licht) erzeugte ein angenehmes Klima. Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig.
- Hellhörige Zimmer - Nachts waren die Schritte auf dem Gang so laut, dass man immer aufschreckte. Tipp: Am besten ein Zimmer am Ende des Ganges nehmen.
Unsere Aussicht zum Hinterhof war nicht schön: Dapfende Abzugsrohre der Küche. Hier am besten immer nachfragen.
