Surroundings

Room attrocious - Air conditioning did not work, window vents jammed open (let in outside noise all night), door soundproofing poor (all corridor sounds and slamming doors not dampened), mould in tile grout,leaking tap in bath, leaking toilet cistern, toilet seat loose, main door loose and rattled when any door slammed in corridor, door closers made all room entry doors slam when shutting. Housekeeeping phone number - no answer half the time. Housemaid could not read english and our note to keep curtains closed (room windows faces the sun) was ignored so room was very hot.

Luxe verblijf in heerlijk hotel, centraal gelegen aan de Maas.

Wij hadden een club-kamer en die was luxe, sfeervol en comfortabel. Fijne bedden, flatscreen dat je kon rond draaien, mooie inrichting met o.a. 2 fauteuils. Erg lekker gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel. Ook goed ontbijt. Rustige ligging maar toch zeer nabij het centrum.

Douchegordijn in de badkamer, jammer, ik zou een glazen wand geplaatst hebben. En de deuren naar de gang zijn erg gehorig. Als je langs de kamers loopt kun je letterlijk de tv volgen. Toch een beetje ongemakkelijk met het oog op privacy.

AAAl ocatie, prima bedden, aangenaam comfort.

uitstekende locatie zowel voor het nieuwe als het oude deel van de stad prima parkeren, wij gebruikten de garage ook voor onze fietsen, die we in de auto hadden meegenomen.

Voor oudere paren kan een kamer met trap naar het slaapgedeelte een bezwaar zijn. Voor ons was het geen probleem, maar we waren wel even verrast.

Aardig hotel voor als je wilt shoppen in Maastricht.

Ontbijt was zeer slecht, het was erg druk en het personeel was hierop niet berekend, dit waren wij niet gewoon in een crowne plaza hotel, en bij het diner was alles wat op de kaart stond bijna op, dus we kregen iets wat de keuken zelf had bedacht en vroegen daar achteraf ook nog heel veel geld voor.

Zowel aan de receptie als in bar en restaurant supervriendelijk personeel. Ideale ligging t.o.v. het centrum van Maastricht. Mooie, ruime kamer met prima kingsize bed(wij hadden een Maaskamer). Ruime keuze bij het ontbijt (zalm, champagne !) en de mogelijkheid om tot 11.30 uur te ontbijten.

Badkamer iets gedateerd (douchegordijn). Fors tarief parkeergarage (22 euro per nacht). Hoge toeslag voor kamer met uitzicht op de Maas.

Het ontbreken van fitness en zwemfaciliteiten. Het diner dat bij ons arrangement hoorde was een magere 6 waard. Bij aankomst was de vraag of wij onze kamer wilden upgraden terwijl bij de boeking werd aangegeven dat het om een luxe kamer ging( letterlijk: De Herfstpromotie is op basis van 2 overnachtingen in een luxe kamer voor 2 personen, inclusief 2 keer het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet en 1 keer een 3-gangen diner op de eerste avond van uw verblijf)

Ik wil de medewerkers van uw hotel complimenteren, allemaal (op één dame na) zijn zeer vriendelijk. Fantastisch ontbijt buffet, heel uitgebreid! Dinner was super goed!

Dat wij een verzoek hebben gedaan voor een kamer aan de Maas en het niet over is gekomen. Heb ik zelf tegen bijbetaling aan de balie moeten regelen! Bloed op de vitrage, onsmakkelijk, 't kan zo makkelijk gereinigd worden!

medewerkers waren erg aardig goede ligging tov centrum lekkere grote bedden

Die einmalige Lage an der Maas, die Ruhe, das freundliche Personal,die tollen Betten, das vorzügliche Frühstück, der zentrale Standort in schöner Umgebung.

Der Zugang vom Parkhaus ohne Fahrstuhl geht heutzutage eigentlich gar nicht!!!! Die Treppe ist außerdem steil und der erste Einstieg somit für die Gäste, die von dorther kommen, nicht einladend!!!!
