Say no to free upgrade!
  • We were not given the room we had booked. We received a 'free upgrade' to one of their appartments. Far from upgrade, it was rather shabby. After one night, we changed to the room we had booked, which was good.
  • * my tip Do not accept a free upgrade.
  • (Young couples)
design & quiet
  • + Very quiet (our room wasn't on the street side). Very good bed, spacious room. Nice and simple design. When arriving early, breakfast was very good. Clean Security Friendly staff Large and bright living room for breakfast Easy to park nearby
  • Bathroom a bit small, lack of design. The vask is not practical, spreads water all over. Toilet and bath is the same space. If you arrive after 9.30 for breakfast, food is getting cold, no much choice anymore.
  • (Young couples)
Nice and cheap hotel in centre of Maastricht
  • + - very nice and warm people - low price - orginial concept
  • - concept is nice, but room is quite basic and empty - finishing of room can be better
  • (Travelling alone)
Very close to the Station but a bit far from the fun!!
  • + They changed my room when I showed them the bathroom was completely COVERED in black mold from the entire shower surface to the whole ceiling of the room. The room was very sexy even though the only color that the room would turn was red which got old after a while. Staff was great. Never a problem to get more coffee or sugar or whatever. They were very firm about not checking in until 3 but that is the policy.
  • The fact that they would try and rent a mouldy room is beyond belief. I just don't want to think about how gross it was. On the last day and night they turned off the heat and I could not get them to say why or to get it turned back on.
  • (Travelling alone)
Unique contemporary design.
  • + Well designed contemporary hotel room. Very quiet. Close to the train station. Spacious and clean. Polite check in staff.
  • Plastic chairs look good but are uncomfortable. Comforter was too warm for the summer. An ordinary blanket would be better.
