The Zenden Design Hotel Maastricht is situated in three historic mansions dating from the seventeenth century. The Zenden Hotel is an intimate and elegant design hotel with very friendly staff. It lies near the River Meuse, in the historic district 'Jekerkwartier'.
In 2009 the Zenden Design Hotel was nominated for the international prize for best new interior: 'The Great Indoors Award. The hotel offers amazing and unique rooms with extra long beds and interesting room names such as the Urban Room, the Patio Room and the Wow Room. In the medieval vaulted cellar of the hotel you can relax in the pool or participate in a free group lesson of yoga, zumba and spinning.
Food and Drinks
Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday between 08:00 h. to 11:00 h. and in the weekends from 09:00 to 11:00 h.
The hotel does not have a restaurant, but Maastricht offers plenty of good restaurants.
During the day you can enjoy a good cup of coffee in the hotel's coffee bar.

Near the Zenden Design Hotel lies the cosy Onze-Lieve-Vrouweplein (Our-Dear-Lady square) and the beautiful district 'Stokstraa' where Maastricht's most exclusive fashion stores are located, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes. Culturally too, there is much to enjoy in Maastricht, there are few cities where you will find so many art galleries that close together. The Museum at the Vrijthof has style rooms decorated with 17th and 18th century furniture and paintings, and the Natural History Museum is worth a visit as well. The Bonnefantenmuseum shows contemporary art and works by old Flemish masters such as Rubens and Van Dyck.
