A very well priced, hotel - your money's worth!

• + Very nice hotel, lots of ambience, excellent service, breakfast, and dinner choice The hotel is on a square and a lot goes on on the square, like flea markets, shows, etc.

• * my tip when you plan your trip, get to know the name of the basement car park, and set your gps accordingly. You cannot reach the hotel by stopping your car outside.

simple hotel but the location has a lot to offer...

• + Exceptional value and great location. Our room overloking the square was great was ideal - especially when the band marched through one evening. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean and friendly hotel

• + hygenic, very convenient location, friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet
• – Room is too small, no tea/coffee is provided Bed lamp is too close to the pillow/bed head. If it is switched on, it rapidly becomes extramely hot. I almost burnt my finger when i tried to change the angle of the lamp. I had my hair slightly burnt when i leaned on a pillow/bed head. Dangerous.

Good location, friendly atmosphere and rooms nice and clean

Reasonable and central.

• + Clean, comfortable and very central. Accomodation seems to be a little bit expensive in Maastricht but this may due to the fact that there was an arts festival in full swing at the time I arrived. Nonetheless, not bad for the price. Good beer.

great value, great location

• + centrally located in the markt so ideal to get exploring straight away.wonderful view from my balcony. great breaksfast included in the price.
• – room very small and bi fold shower room door was awkward. unable to have dinner in the attached restaurant as there was a private party.it would be helpful for breakfast staff to seat guests and explain that it is ALL self service (including hot drinks).

fine hotel in the centre of Maastricht

• + located in the city centre, close to parking Mosae Forum, nice view over the cities roofs from rooms on the top floor, sunny terrace on the market in the afternoon

Great central hotel

• + Very central great to step out with breakfast in the centre of the town
• – Noisy in the square at night windows not soundproof

not spectacular, but relatively cheap & fine for short stays

• – - room went to inner court, air-con channel slightly noisy

Some value for money in city center Maastricht

• + I had a 4th floor room on the back side of the hotel which was quiet, with a view on the old city. Hotel is located in the very city center of Maastricht at the Marketplace. Compared to the other hotels in Maastricht fairly cheap.
• – Very small room, 1p room with two single beds leaving just enough space to turn walk in, turn around and walk out again. Window half blocked by the elevator shaft with a penetrant wastewater stench originating from that same elevator shaft. This might be room specific, but I guess all floors had an identical room next to the elevator shaft. And by the way, the coffee at breakfast was, despite the existence of a very modern espresso machine, coming from a miserable automate with bad, bad quality.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep well

• – I was kept awake at night by street cleaners, and woken up by them again in the morning. And I wore earplugs. Matresses were very not comfortable. I had to layer duvets just to lie down. I'm very glad I was only staying 2 nights. It was the only downside of my visit to Maastricht. If I visit the city again, I will pick a place that is NOT on the Markt.

• – Reception employees seemed nice in the beginning, but on the first problem they became very aggressive. The hotel was smelly. I wanted to cancel my last day and after a loooooooong discussion the smart receptionist said you booked online then take your money online, although I paid at the hotel!!!!!!! They kept saying we can't give you your money, and I had to stay one more day against my will. Don't recommend it at all

• + The hotel is located at the heart of Maastricht and you can enjoy your breakfast looking at the market place, it is a charming little hotel.

A nice city Hotel

Central-located hotel, decent prices, could use some improvements.

• + In close proximity to the town square and to the shopping areas.
• – No air conditioning (very hot in the summer time) No mosquito nets at the windows.
