• – Grubby carpet, chipped tiles and plastic sink also chipped, black fungus where bath not sealed properly, all the fittings look as if they are 30 years old in room 308. This was called a superior room but it isn't.

• + Prima hotel. Goed bereikbaar met auto en openbaar vervoer. Uitstekende kamers. Goede prijs kwaliteit.

• + attentive staff, great location near the hospital/university for my meetings. I would recommend the hotel to others, although the price for what was received is a bit high.
• – dusty room- set off my allergies, was some left over materials from last person who stayed there, the lamps/switches are not- ergonomic- just not placed in a convenient way to turn them on without parading around the room in the dark. The bedside lamps had old or cheaply replaced switches for off/on. outlets are not placed in convenient locations for my internet or mobile devices. side charges for extra facilities or meals are overpriced. the staff was young and a little unprofessional-

A good experience

• + Conveniently next door to Mecc a few minutes drive from the motorway with some on street parking and secure hotel parking. Good size rooms, comfortable, windows that open. Excellent service, nice bar area srving meals til late plus a restaurant if preferred. A good experience and an enjoyable weekend.
• – Loud guests leaving in early hours woke us up.

• + We stayed king size double bed room. It was a clean and spacious room. We assigned smoking room (it’s my mistake to forget asking Non-smoking room availability), however, I didn’t catch a whiff of cigarette smell in the room. Just stay over night at the hotel, it’s quite a good deal.
• – The location is not convenient for city center excursions.
• * my tip Wifi access is available in the guest room. Hotel staff will give the ID / PASS for access. When you use PC and Android, you need two cards

Well worth the stay

• + staff was very well trained to take care of the guests well. I watched a dining room cleaning lady go over her work twice until it was spotless. She showed great pride in what she was doing and that heald true thruout the entire hotel. Breakfast was a bit expensive but well worth the cost.
• – The internet was lousy. They gave you 30 minutes free in the lobby but just as I was ready to finish something important time ran out. This area has a long way to go until it is smooth.. For tourists the location is out of the way but with great pricing you save on the taxis into the center
• * my tip In Maastrict tthere was a great restaurant called Charlemange. They also rent scooters at the hotel

• – Thge wind drafted thru the room with a lot of noise The water/room heating is not in order. What happened to the good old fashioned blankets?

Good, comfortable expensive room

Maastricht weekend

• + The hotel was easy to locate, it has covered parking. Our requests re quite room were met. Staff were friendly and helpful.
• – Arrival was very hecktic, difficulty parking to check in , some one was parked in the no parking zone so that made it difficult, however the staff did their best to help with this problem. Maybe something could be done to improve access to the temporary parking area. Air conditioner was very noisy.

Pleasant, good value for money

• – some somewhat annoying electrical apparatus went on intermittently somewhere in the ceiling - a pity.

• + Nice staff who spoke english and helpful with answering questions
• – The cost per night is hidden when you add taxes, breakfasta and parking so in fact the 99.00 euros was 139.00 per night. NO monetary deals for staying more than 2 nights ( I stayed 4)

Good value

• + Very friendly staff. Great food in the restaurant. Very accessible by public transport from the main station.
• – Have to pay to use the gym which is expensive per use. Service in the restaurant was very slow even though it was almost empty. Room was icy cold and the heating could not be turned up.

Very comfortable stay. Nice spacious and clean rooms.

• – only minus point was that there was no safety deposit box in the room which unusual for the NH Hotels but that was only thing

Dirty bathroom and unprofessional service

• – Bathroom was not clean (a used towel from previous guests was left hanging on the door, there were a lot of hairs on the bathroom floor), at the reception I had to fill in all my personal data in again (which I already filled in during the online booking process) and they were not aware that I specifically requested a non smoking room in the booking. When we told the reception about the dirty bathroom they only said 'thank you for telling us this' and not something like 'we apologize'.

• – 15 to 30 minute bus trip to historic city center

• + Located quiet well on the outskirts of the city with good public transport, plus friendly people and staff at your service.
• – Some things in the hotel weren't advertised very well, like the different pilows you can choose from and about the room upgrade

Mecc Excellent weekend

• + The parking, And allowance of the dogs in the room at a fair rate. Excellent Staff who do there job well and always polite and efficient.

• + Hotel is located close to the railway station Sunday afternoon check out at 17:00 Walking distance from the city center. Varied breakfast Friendly staff
• – Room has tea and coffee, but no stirrers. Key cards are invalidated at 12:00 on the day of departure. Staff let us in the room without further questions. Standard rooms do not have a safe.
