Description
Hotel Quartier Bassin is established in a historical building dating back to the year 1700 and is located within a brief stroll from the centre of the cosy city of Maastricht. The building consists of a front house and a back house, divided by a patio area. The original name of the building was 'In den Raeven' and this can still be read on one of the original stones on the façade of the hotel.
The front part of the building houses 5 apartments and the rear part 3 apartments which all have an own ambience. The apartments differ in size and all have a sleeping area, a seating area, a kitchenette and a luxury bathroom. The kitchenette is fitted with a refrigerator, two electric hot plates, kitchen inventory and upon request a microwave. Some of the rooms are equipped with internet access. As so, the apartments have all the facilities and the degree of privacy necessary for a long and comfortable stay at the hotel.

Food and Drinks
The hotel offers the possibility to have breakfast but not on the premises. Within a stone's throw of the hotel in the old historical harbour of Maastricht, café Le Journal offers the guest of hotel Quartier Bassin a rich breakfast buffet. Breakfast is not available on Mondays.

Maastricht offers more interesting sights including the Bonnefantenmuseum, the Onze Lieve Vrouwebasilica or the basilica of Sint Servaas.
