- Bij aankomst bleek men totaal niet op de hoogte dat er via u al betaald was, ook niet aangaande toeristenbelasting wist men niet ..betaald of niet betaald... Bij de boeking aan u gevraagd of men een factuur wilde opmaken op mijn bedrijf, ook dat was onbekend.
Me kwam met een ..overzicht .. ?? aan, inmiddels hebben wij per brief alsnog om een factuur gevraagd.
Samenvattend, de communicate in het hotel, intern en extern is een jamboeltje.

- De hotelkamer was erg netjes en de bedden sliepen heerlijk! De badkamer was nog niet lang geleden vernieuwt en was ook heel goed schoon gemaakt. Het ligt vlakbij Station Maastricht Randwyck, vanaf daar ben je met de trein binnen 5 min in het centrum van maastricht.
- Vanaf het station maastricht randwyck stonden geen bordjes naar het hotel aangegeven, route beschrijving is aan te raden. Verder was de minibar heel erg duur, en werden we eerst zomaar in een vreemd rommelig apartement gestopt, omdat ze overboekingen hadden. Toen we hier wat van zeiden kregen we meteen de keurige kamer die we geboekt hadden,

- Kamers waren schoon en ruim.
- Weinig gastvrij, bij het uitchecken werdt bijv. niet gevraagd of alles naar wens is geweest.
Plastic bekers, koffie en theezakjes op de kamer werden niet aangevuld.
Slechte kennis van de openbaar vervoer mogelijkheden om naar het centrum te gaan.De ontbijtruimte was klein en zeer ongezellig, geen 4 sterren hotel waardig.Zeker gezien de prijs van 14.50 euro per persoon.

Internet op de kamer.
- Wij vonden de badkamer mooi. Alleen was het onpraktisch dat als je douchte, het water over de vloer buiten de douche liep en dan niet meer terug kon vanwege een klein randje.
Daardoor was de vloer heel erg nat.
