Bicycles are for rent at the hotel which enables you to make a wonderful tour across cycle paths through southern Limburg and the valley of the river Maas. After your return you can relax with a pleasant diner in the restaurant or, weather permitting, on one of the nice terraces. What's more, you can choose to enjoy a delicious local beer in the cosy Sint Pieter brasserie as well.
The spacious rooms were renovated in 2011 and are provided with a luxurious bathroom with a bath, separate shower and toilet. In all rooms you will also find a safe, flat screen television and access to wireless Internet.

Clean and comfortable room with all amenities of standaard quality, couldn,t have ask for more. Electric kettle was à plus.
Diner was average and affordable
–
On arrival, there was à large crowd of people in the reception with so much noice, but it gradually faded away with none on site. Other than this we had à pleasant stay.
*my tipFree parking is à bonus and the rooms have every comfort you can ask of. Located in à quiet area with less hazel coming in and out.. If you don,t like waking up early for breakfast, then with the ketel in the room, you can have your hot tea any time you want to.

The hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff
+
Extremely polite and helpful staff on the reception desk on our arrival and throughout our stay. Assisted us with directions to walk into Maastricht and provided us with a city map with written directions. Our room was very clean and everything we required for our short stay was in the room. After our return on the second day our room was cleaned to a standard that you would think that no-one had been resident.

I cannot think of any minus points at all, all was fine.

Nice Stay
+
- fitness area was great
- helpful front desk staff
- nice coffee area on the first level
- wonderful buffet in the morning
–
- beds were almost too soft
- hotel was beside a fairly major road, so we were not able to open our window at night in fear of noise keeping us awake
- no coffee maker in room; they provided instant coffee and a kettle but everyone knows instant is gross. Coffee area was on our floor which made up for it

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, catering for all tastes. All of the staff were very helpful.
Quiet location and only 30 minutes walking distance to city centre. Wireless internet connection - our 16 yr old was delighted - we had our laptop!
–
There was an unpleasant odour from the drains in the en-suite bathroom but not anything bad enough to inform maintenance staff.

Positive stay at hotel
+
We had two meals in the bar area and the food was very good.
The service from the staff was fabulous, they were all pleasant and keen to help.
–
We had a problem with the credit card when trying to pay. My partner had already contacted our credit card company and had bee told that the problem was with the hotels bank and they requested that the hotel contact the bank.
Despite this the member of staff at reception refused to do so resulting in my partner using another credit card to pay.
Also the price I had been quoted which was on a printed copy of an email was questioned and the receptionist stated that the price was actually higher. Following a debate she relented and we paid the quoted price.
This member of staff was rude to my partner and had been off-hand previously.
Despite this our stay was very enjoyable and we would definately return.

Very friendly staff. The hotel ambiance was very inviting. The rooms are quite roomy and comfortable. Having a flat panel television definitely removed clutter from the room and give it more space.
–
The hotel is nearer the outskirt of the city and hence not much activities within the immediate hotel vicinity. It is situated in a residential area so if you want to be around the center of town, you must drive at least 10 minutes and contend with parking. Also, the rooms do not have a clock so make sure you have a watch or travel clock if you want to know the time.

nice hotel room space overall, nice bathroom, overall cleanliness very good, front desk was outstanding in being so helpful with public transport, parking and other.
–
the a/c was not working properly; as we were on the 5th floor, we could open the windows without too much fear of flies, but i'm sure the lower floors were not so nice. also, only a small fan was provided for relief. it was strange to have to use our room entry card to use the a/c.
