Bicycles are for rent at the hotel which enables you to make a wonderful tour across cycle paths through southern Limburg and the valley of the river Maas. After your return you can relax with a pleasant diner in the restaurant or, weather permitting, on one of the nice terraces. Each morning hotel Van der Valk Maastricht serves an extensive breakfast buffet. From Monday to Friday you can enjoy breakfast from 06:30 to 10:30 h. and on Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 11:00 h.
From 08:30 till 01:00 (am) you can enjoy a local beer and a snack or a fresh salad or even a plat du jour in the cosy brasserie Sint Pieter. In the a la carte restaurant you can dine at your leisure in a relaxed ambience from 17:00 h. On Sundays the restaurant is open from 12:00 h. to 22:00 h.
