All year round, Middelkerke is a fun town to visit, since it hosts many events and activities, such as the Cartoon Festival. Get on a bicycle and enjoy the beautiful polder landscape, that is scattered with characteristic farmhouses.

All along the bank there are many bronze cartoon characters. No wonder Middelkerke is known as the 'cartoon town' of Belgium. The yearly held cartoon festival attracts many visitors. At 200 metres from the hotel you can visit the casino. The surrounding nature is perfect for walking and cycling trips.
