Hotel Millings Centrum is a friendly and hospitable hotel in the heart of the village Millingen aan de Rijn. This atmospheric family-run hotel has a beautiful location on the Rhine river. The hotel has had a long and turbulent history since it opened in 1900. Its various owners, as well as many events, have left their mark on this characteristic building. In 2003 the entire hotel has been renovated and adjusted to the modern standards of comfort.
Nijmegen is 17 kilometres away from Millingen aan de Rijn. From the train station in Nijmegen, various busses can take you to the bus stop that is only 300 metres from the hotel. By car the hotel can be reached within 20 minutes from Nijmegen. The hotel has bikes to let and can give you various routes by which to explore the surroundings. The ferry service across the Rhine is nearby. It is also possible to book a boat tour in the summer months.
The modern and sun-drenched rooms are furnished with two separate beds and have a shower, a toilet, and a television. The hotel also has five rooms on the ground floor. Once in a while, it may be possible that a party is held in one of the meeting rooms, which can last to 01:00 h. at the latest. Guests who do not wish to be disturbed by any possible noise can ask in advance if there are any parties planned.
Food and Drinks
The breakfast buffet is set up every morning from 08:00 to 10:00 h. in the breakfast area. Guests who wish to have an earlier breakfast on a weekday can do so in consultation with the hotel.
The hotel has a renowned à la carte restaurant, where guests can have dinner from 18:00 to 23:00 h. It is recommended to order your meal before 20:30 h. The chef de cuisine uses the best ingredients and prepares savory and splendidly presented dishes from the national and international cuisine.
After dinner guests can have a nice seat at one of the outdoor cafés or at the bar.
