WestCord Hotel Noordsee is a comfortable 4-star hotel on the beautiful Frisian Island of Ameland. The hotel is centrally located on the island close to the town of Nes, where the ferry to the island also lands. The hotel has 54 comfort rooms and 24 comfort deluxe rooms. All rooms have been comfortably furnished with a bathroom with a bath/shower and a separate toilet. In addition, the rooms are equipped with a television, a telephone with an internet hook-up and a balcony or terrace. The comfort deluxe rooms are particularly atmospheric and have a spacious seating area, a safe and a minibar.

Ameland has four villages, Nes, Buren, Hollum, Ballum and a great variety of landscapes: beaches, mudflats, dunes, heaths, and meadows alternate in the scenery.

In the morning the hotel sets up an extensive breakfast buffet for its guests. From Monday through Friday this buffet is set-up from 08:00 to 10:00h. On Saturday and Sunday you can have breakfast between 08:00 and 10:30h The restaurant is suited for both the young and the old. Here you can enjoy the savoury dishes from international cuisine. For children there is a special children's menu. In the hotel's Grand Café you can sit down with a relaxing drink. The hotel also offers room service.

Surroundings
WestCord Hotel Noordsee is located on the edge of the village Nes, on the island of Ameland. To the South of the village there is the landing place for the ferry between the island and Holwerd on the mainland. The island has 27 kilometres of beaches and no less than 100 kilometres of bike paths. As such, both the beautiful white sandy beaches and the rich natural beauty of the island can be easily explored. In November the island hosts the Ameland Art Month. During this festival many (inter)national artists display their works on the island.
