Great hotel, good beds for tall people, clean with nice small pool.

• + Hotel is clean, food is good (pricy) and staff is good and very helpful. Great place to be! Our kids loved the pool.
• – If you arrive at the hotel at night the way in can be hard to find. From the A2 it is visable, from Utrecht or Vianen it is not. Once signposting is improved for that all the way to the parking garage (iluminated) I can't find fault.
• * my tip Please beware it can be hard to find in the dark until the sighposting has been updated! (But worthwhile to persist.)

Great Value

Spacious clean hotel but very expensive menu.

• + Very spacious, great parking facilities, very friendly staff (especially in the bar) and free wi-fi.
• – The food and drinks are far too expensive and the hotel doesn't seem to cater for children (meals) although the staff did go out their way to rustle up something for our 3 year old daughter.

• + clean, hygiënic, kind personell, my breakfast could be switched into a lunch box, because of the amount of time that I had to be needed on my appointment in the weekend

• + Excellent customer delivery service amongst all staff(s). Generous breakfast. Spacious room with good interior decor. Very clean atmosphere I must say. And most importantly, guest(s) are allow to use their internet broadband free!! I will certainly stay there again and would recommend the place to all my friends.
• – Too far from everything else. If you are mobile it is fine otherwise you will need to hop on a bus and/or tram to get anywhere.

• – they propose an internet service which is not accessible. They have a "coffee corner" do not give any explanation but the bill...

• + op slechts 12 km van centrum van Utrecht fitness en zwembad
• – - fitness, sauna en zwembad in kelder - te weinig ambiance - douche druppelt continu en werd niet hersteld tijdens het verblijf

• + very nice hotel with beautifull designed rooms
• – entrance by car was not easy to find in the dark

Pleasant comfortable stay, but a bit pricy.

• – expensive hotel (for a 1 night business stay). confusing lighting in the room. I expected the internet to be included in the price.

Pretty good base for sightseeing. 3 1/2 stars.

• + The rooms are much nicer than the outside or the hallways would suggest. Excellent shower, nice size room, staff very friendly and helpful. Very easy access from the main highway.
• – No elevator from the garage, so there's no avoiding some stairs for unloading, even from the front of the hotel. Didn't care for the breakfast. I don't usually care much about decor, but it was startingly dark and dreary in the restaurant and the hotels hallways. Wished I could have opened the windows more. We're not in a rush to go back, but probably would if we had the same excellent rate.

Outstanding service and rooms

• – The loacation was perfect as where I needed to be but the main road next to the hotel could be heard. Still worth it based on all factors.

• – Diner on friday night was a bit disappionting because we only got half of one of the main courses. In fact we had to notice ourselves that a 'pear filled with blue cheese' was left out of the dish. After the waiter had informed with the chef he stated that there were none left and offered a free desert. It is obvious that something like that should be told before putting the dish on the table because then you could still change your order or they could have suggested a replacement of the missing ingredient by something else. In fact a four star hotel ought to treat a dish priced at 25 euros in a better way.

• + Goede lokatie. Vriendelijk personeel.
• – Frontdesk lastig bereikbaar met zware koffers ivm trapje geen pad zonder treden. Lift in parkeer garage moeilijk bereikbaarvanuit garage met koffers.Onvoldoende stopcontacten om laptop en telefoon op te laden. Stekkers van lampen moesten daarvoor verwijderd worden.

• + The hotel receptionist was as professional and friendly as any I've ever met in any hotel in 25+ years of travelling.
• – Dinner menu wasn't that clear. In English, it seemed more interested in linking wine with dish, rather than relate dish with course.
