We enjoyed staying with you. The food was presented well and more importantly it tasted very good and the portion was good.(not mean= niet krenterig)

The cups in the room were both dirty with bits on the sides where people drank from. There were hairs in the bath and the service where TV is standing was not clean (rings of tea or coffee).
The soaps in the little bottles are useless, because the soap is either very old or not runny enough, therefore nothing is coming out of the bottles.
*my tipThis is a good hotel and if you need something done or have a little complaint you just ask the reception for help because all staff are VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFULL.

Heel dicht bij het Beursgebouw, waar wij het weekend werkten.

Onze suite keek uit op de patio, waar helaas voor ons een groep "rokers" tot diep in de nacht hard stonden te praten en te lachen. Helaas deed de manager van het hotel hier niets aan.
Het restaurant was vol, maar waarom dan maar 3 mensen in de bediening? Na een uur wachten kwam eindelijk het hoofdgerecht. Het toetje hebben we uiteindelijk maar overgeslagen.....

The pillows were soft. As a good nights sleep is one of the things a quality hotel should provide-improve the quality of the pillows.

No soap in toilet bottom floor. No soap at the showers by the Sauna and by the pool.
An lets face it You dont know much about Sauna culture in Holland thats obvious.
The sauna was too cold I had to pour water on the stones constantly.
And you need an ordinary shower and soap outside the sauna to be able to clean yourself afterwards.
You don´t need those fancy showers there.
Nobody from Scandinavia will ever use them take my word for it. Just a plain shower with adjusable warm and cold water and soap and a hot Sauna is sufficent, belive me. That could keep any swedish or finnish guy happy for hours.
And most of all thirsty for BEER rest of the night...
