Access in the bar (KPNFree) is good when it works. However it was sporadic and also suffers from the same issues as the room wireless access.

- We checked in late at night, around 11 p.m., after just a short notice call made to the hotel while still in Germany. The room was very clean and fully equiped for the needs of travellers coming from far away, as we were. The matrasses felt excelently comfortable and soft. The concierge was polite, precise and funny at some point(we were three girls who required an extra bed and when he came to deliver the extra bed, our friend, who was just coming out of the bathroom, mistakenly put out the light in the room for a short while. At that moment, the concierge let out a sigh of amuzement and concern: Oh-Oh)

This is a hotel in a partly-residential building; there are full-time residents on the upper floors. The hotel is unfairly classified as four-star; three-star would be more appropriate.

- The reception staff were very freindly and helpful.The rooms are comfortably fitted and quiet.
The location is ideal for walking into the centre of town as well as good link onto the road system.
- The hotel is looking a little 70s and needs an update. The breakfast buffet food was excellent, but the following points need attention:
- the cereal bowls were dip bowls (i.e too small)
- the tea glasses were irish coffee glasses (Glasses with handles at the stem???)
- the coffee cups were just slightly larger than Expresso cups.
-there were only two small flask jugs (? 1 litre each)for hot water which was very tiresome if there were more than 6 people in at breakfast, any many people drank tea.
- there were NO teapots or small coffee pots.
These deficits seem to be incompatible with a hotel of this standard.

- Centrale ligging: tien minuutjes lopen naar het centrum maar toch rustig gelegen. Ruim opgezet. Redelijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, er werd steeds bijgevuld, dus mensen die wat later aan het ontbijt kwamen konden nog steeds van alles genieten. Vriendelijk personeel.

- Ruime kamer met ruime badkamer voor hele gunstige prijs. Wij hadden een aanbieding 75 euro per nacht. Voor de officiële prijs (145 euro) zou het te duur zijn. Personeel is vriendelijk. Ook in de bar/restaurant. Je loopt zo het centrum van Nijmegen in, en er zijn heerlijke restaurantjes in de buurt.

- Prima hotel, vlakbij het centrum, alleen wat gedateerd.
- Het is misschien een wat verouderd hotel qua inrichting. Maar verder is alles voor elkaar. Het is schoon, de bedden liggen goed, het ontbijt is prima en de ligging is super, want je bent zo in het centrum van Nijmegen, ideaal.

- Geen vitrage voor de ramen( werden gewassen) bied die kamer dan niet aan.Overdag Bar niet open erg ongezellig als je wat wil drinken(bar was gesloten tussen 14.00 en 17.30 uur Niet gezellig als je arriveert tussen die tijd. Ik vind dit geen 4 sterren hotel meer.Was daar voor de 4e keer, wordt elke keer wat minder!!
