The medieval houses of Bed & Breakfast De Prince Nijmegen are situated right in the middle of the oldest city of the Netherlands, in one of the oldest shopping streets in the Netherlands. Upstairs it's wonderful to sleep in the trendy rooms, downstairs, fantastic breakfast and lunch can be enjoyed.
A contemporary stay in a beautiful historic building is what guests can expect at De Prince Nijmegen. Guests may come and go through the guests entrance to their room on the first floor. On the ground floor you'll find Bagels & Beans, an eminently suitable spot for breakfast and lunch. Fresher than fresh bagels, with or without sweet or savoury filling, are made here and served with love. So is the delicious coffee in various flavours and aromas.
The rooms are fresh, trendy and pleasant. Naturally, to sleep under the monumental beams in an extremely comfortable bed and then wake up to the smell of freshly baked bagels and coffee is pure enjoyment. One floor below, in the medieval vaulted cellar is the wellness area of the hotel. Between the 15-century Roman walls of thick stone you can truly relax, for example in the sauna, steam room or whirlpool. There is also a solarium. Guests who want to enjoy the spa facilities need to make reservations in advance.
Food and Drinks
Breakfast is served from 08:00 hours, the Bagels & Beans power breakfast is a great start of the day. With nice weather, the terrace at the front is open.
Lunch at Bagels & Beans can be had at a desired time during opening hours. As much as possible organic produce is used and the coffee comes from a plantation where people- and environmentally-friendly coffee beans are grown. Coffee tastes even sweeter with a mission.
The atmosphere in Bagels & Beans is special, thanks to the friendly staff, the orders made with attention and the guests of different feathers. Also fun to attend is the jazz concert on every shopping Sunday; it's a live performance by conservatory students.

Surroundings
A museum visit is inevitable in the historically-rich Nijmegen, for instance the museum Valkhof. Here you can marvel at Roman and contemporary art, and everything in between. National history can also be experienced by a self-guided walk through Nijmegen. This leads through the street where Bed & Breakfast De Prince Nijmegen is situated, there are many preserved historic buildings and monuments here. Also on the route lie the famous Kronenburgerpark with its ruin and chapel, the St. Stevens church and the oldest house of the city. Playground park Leemkuil iss great fun for young visitors of this old city.

- Fantastic breakfast and very comfortable bedroom; rooms are spacious and the bed is good. Great location, really near the park but also in the high street and close to good coffeeshops and pubs. Also, extrememly close a great Spanish restaurant

- Lekker slapen en gezellig eten, maar je voelt je net geen prince / ces
- Goede bedden, met helaas maar een dun dekbedje dus sokken aanhouden : ) Je loopt zo het centrum binnen.
's Morgens kun je gezellig zitten voor een breakfast, helaas met maar 1 verse bagel en 1 verse jus pp en verder beschuit en cracker ed uit folie! Jammer ik ging nu juist voor lekker vers!!
- Geen ontvangst, je krijgt een sleutel en that's it!.
De vraag waar ik het beste kon parkeren werd niet beantwoord, eigen ervaring leert dat je voor 1 nachtje het beste aan de waalkade kan parkeren en dan 's morgens vanaf 9.00 uur even iets geld in de meter.

Nette en rustige kamer. Geen last van stadsgeluiden. Locatie ligt in een hele leuke, trendy winkelstraat in de Nijmeegse binnenstad.
- Ingang in een steegje. Kamer in een ander pand dan ontbijtlocatie (wel vlak bij). Steile trap met risico voor hoofd stoten. Wc en douche op verdieping lager. Stank in trapportaal. Prullebak op kamer niet geleegd.

- Sehr freundliches junges Personal, Frühstück Qualität 1a , reichlich mit viel Phantasie hergerichtet, Nachts sehr ruhig obwohl mann nach dem verlassen des Quartiers mit dem ersten Schrittt in der Fussgängerstraße steht wo es ja aus Erfahrung nicht immer so ruhig zugeht.Verzehrmöglichkeiten direkt in der Zone mit unterschiedlichen Angeboten wo für jung und alt immer etwas passendes dabei ist.Lage für einen Einkaufsbummel 1a.Nicht weit, ca 400m dem leichten Anstieg hinauf,über den Marktplatz geht es am H&M Shop links ab zu einem bewachten Parkhaus das für einen Tag mit günstigen 10 € zu Buche schlägt.Alles in allem Top für junge Leute.

Ws fehlt ein richtiger Empfabg bei Ankunft.Es fehlte am Anfang an Orientierung.Meine Frau freute sich auf den kleinen Wellnessbereich der abgebildet wurde.Doch wenn niemand informiert wird kann man Ihn nicht benutzen.Die Wegbeschreibung hinsichtlich Standort Hotel ist kein Standard.Hier sollte man einen aktuellen Stadtplan bei Buchungsbestätigung zusenden.Der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist zu hoch angesetzt, hiermit bringe ich jedoch ebenfalls zum Ausdruck das ich diesen Hotel bei einem Preisnachlass wieder annehmen, besuchen würde.

- de ligging is goed midden in het centrum. de bedden waren ok
- enorm minpunt: de badkamer stonk naar kattenpis! de badkamer is erg minimaal met en onverlichte kleine wastafel in de kamer. de kamer had geen uitzicht alleen een dakraam. de prijs is veel te hoog voor het gebodene en moet minimaal de helft zijn. er is geen service we kanden alleen een voicemail inspreken om iets te zeggen van de smerige lucht in de badkamer en er is niet teruggebeld. van het ontbijt hadden we ook wat meer verwacht aangezien deze in bagels and beans is had er wel wat meer keuzemogelijkheid kunnen zijn in plaats van het standaard bordje met jam en kaas en 1 bagel.

- Een B&B met een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en zeer prettige kamers. In een vorige review las ik o.a. als minpunten "te weinig zenders" en "mager ontbijt". Wij hadden gewoon alle kanalen en bij de Bagels&Beans doen is een gratis extra koffie of broodje geen probleem. Ontvangst was relaxed.

- Vonden het op een gezellige lokatie liggen.
Kamer was goed.Bediening was goed ,
De meisjes waren vriendelijk.
- Onze badkamer rook beslist niet fris!
Hadden alleen 1,2,3 en omroep gelderland op tv.
En na afloop of wel nog even konden betalen terwijl wij via ideaal hadden betaald.
Niet echt een goede voorbereiding op onze komst.
Bij vragen hadden wij ook niet een telefoonnr gekregen.
Ontbijt stelde in onze ogen niet veel voor.

- Midden in het centrum.We hadden bij het ontbijt extra broodjes,chocolademelk en muffins besteld maar hoefde niets bij te betalen.Het ontbijt was tot 12 uur dus lekker uitslapen.De bedienig was prima.
