In summer, guests can visit the private beach pavillion De Strandgans where you can hire wind screens, sun shades and sunbeds. You can watch the sunset while enjoying a drink or trying one of the many fish specialties on the terrace. If the weather is not so nice, you can visit the conservatory. The Strandgans is also accessible for less agile guests. Noordwijk is a resort you can visit each season, there are plenty of shops and entertainment venues as well.
Food and Drinks
The hotel serves an extensive buffet breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00 h. The à la carte restaurant is open from 09:00 and here you can enjoy a coffee, drinks and lunch or dinner. On the menu you'll find seasonal specialties and fresh fish dishes. The kitchen is open from 11:30 to 22:00 h. You can also visit the bar from 09:00 h. to midnight. On the conservatory terrace of the Brasserie Blauwe Gans the staff serves coffee, drinks and snacks.

Surroundings
Noordwijk is surrounded by woods and dunes and you can enjoy the wide sandy beach, hiking or biking through the dunes or enjoy a terrace in every season. By car you reach Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leiden and The Hague within hald an hour. In these cities you can visit the Frans Hals Museum, the Hermitage or one of the other famous museums such as the Mauritshuis, or just go shopping for a day.
