In the hotel guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet, which is served daily in 'Brasserie & Lounge Circles'. On Monday through Friday the buffet is available from 07:00 to 10:30 h. and on the weekend from 07:00 to 11:00 h. The brasserie is also the right place to meet up for a lunch or a High Tea.
Guests can enjoy the culinary delight in restaurant Chatillon. On sunny days guests can also take a seat on the terrace. The chef is inspired by pure and honest seasonal products, which form the basis of savoury dishes.
With a wide variety of whiskeys and comfortable Chesterfield chairs, Paul's bar is a pleasant environment to have a chat at the end of the day. The bar is open from 18:00 h. to midnight.

- The bed was comfortable and the food was well prepared. The bathroom was clean.
- Like so many hotels, if you specify you want a smoking room they will take your booking without telling you that they do not have smoking rooms. I was kept on hold for 15 mins waiting to order room service. I hung up and called back, and then had to wait an hour before my food was delivered. Their expensive steam-eucalyptus shower was unable to maintain a constant water temperature. There were light stains on the carpets. The hotels own parking spaces for visitors was an additional 20 euro per day!

- Hotel is not five-star caliber. Dubious service standards despite some good individual professionals. Particular indifference toward children in the restaurants. 7am breafast starts at 7:15. Our room overlooked main road -- quite noisy. Tiny, cold swimming pool. Long walk to the beach. Better choices in Noordwijk aan Zee.

- We had asked for a cot to be put in the room before we arrived. This did not happen. We then asked for a cot and had to call reception several times before it arrived. The receptionist grumpily told us that we should have booked a larger room if we wanted to have a cot in it!!!
For it being a 5 star hotel, I thought the breakfast was rather poor. We had to keep asking for coffee (which was also not very tasty!).

- Although we phoned to say we would be arriving after 6 pm, when we arrived the receptionist was very unfriendly, and told us she had given away our rooms. We finally got a room, but then in the middle of serving me, the receiptionist turned around and served 4 German men and made me wait even longer.

- wellness mag die naam nauwelijks hebben; heel klein zwembad (ca 7x4), 3 bubbelbadkuipen, sauna en Turks stoombad op ca 50m2. Ruimte nodigt ook niet uit tot relaxt paar uurtjes zitten (maar 4 ligbedden). Badjassen = E10,- pp extra, mag eigenlijk niet in een 5* hotel....

- Mooie kamers met uitstekende bedden. Stoomcabine op de badkamer en apart toilet. Inrichting is klassiek, maar er worden wareme kleuren gebruikt. Het geheel heeft een luxe uitstraling
- Wij hadden ons veel meer voor gesteld van de sauna faciliteiten. Het geheel blek heel klein te zijn, klein zwembad, geen kleedkamer, een kapotte douche-afvoer waardoor alles blank stond en in de sauna was de verlichting stuk. Iedereen had zijn badpak aan , ook in de sauna. Wij vonden het een echte afknapper.

- De bedden zijn super lekker om erop te slapen, de stoomcabine in de hotelkamer is heerlijk om te relaxen, het was super schoon en is een rustige hotel niet veel lawaai naar mijn mening. Ik vond alles super. Over de ontbijt kan niks zeggen kan wel duur zijn maar wij hebben lekker bij de Hema ontbijt goedkoop en lekker

- stroomstoring
- mooi hotel ruime kamers. douchecabine is zeker een aanrader. iedereen klaagt over ontbijt. laat het op de kamer brengen dan heb je wel waar voor je geld. stroomstoring gehad waardoor wij op last van de brandweer in de lobby moesten zitten. we kregen wel drankjes aangeboden.
- door stroomstoring enkele uren niet van de hotelkamer gebruik kunnen maken. hier is ook niet op gereageerd met bijvoorbeeld een latere check out of een korting. heb wel bij receptie aangegeven dat we weinig gebruik van de kamer hebben kunnen maken. wij gingen maar voor 1 nacht

- Mooie locatie, goede faciliteiten
- weinig kastruimte, geen badjassen (zou wel lekker zijn in combinatie met de stoomcabine op de kamer).
Kleurstelling en materialen maken geen moderne indruk (wel netjes)

- + sehr freundliches Personal.
+ alles sehr sauber.
+ Zimmer "Deluxe" war im Badezimmer mit einer Dampfbad-Dusche für 2 Personen ausgestattet.
+ Der Saunabereich ist relativ klein mit nur 5 Liegen, ist aber mit Finnischer Sauna, Türkischer (Dampf) Sauna, Whirlpools, 15m Schwimmbad gut ausgestattet.
+ Beim Essen können wir nur für das Frühstück (22,50€) bewerten, was qualitativ sehr gut war, ausreichende Auswahl inkl. englischem und kontinentalem Frühstück, frisches Brot und Gebäck.
- - Einmal hatte der Zimmer-Manager gemeldet, es ist gemacht worden obwohl dem nicht so war.
- Minibar-Preise relativ hoch, kann aber auch Standard im 4**** Hotel sein.

- We komen graag terug als er geen bruiloften in het hotel gevierd worde
- Ruime, mooie kamers, ligging. vriendelijk personeel
- Er was zaterdagavond een turkse bruiloft, deze werd tegenover onze kamer gevierd, wat een herrie zeg!! dit was tijdens boeken niet bekend gemaakt. We hadden savonds graag nog iets in de lobby willen drinken, de tafels stonden echter vol met vuile kopjes e.d. Het was een beetje hectisch met bruiloftgasten die overal in het hotel te vinden waren. De bar beneden was ook niet open, dus nergens een gezellig plekje om te zitten! jammer!

- luxe kamer fijn veblijf, jammer dat het ontbijt zo prijzig was
- luxe hotel, gebruik gemaakt van een aanbieding, anders vinden wij deze hotels veel te duur!!!
