Since 1954, the family-run business has been providing its guests a wonderful stay with heart and soul. In addition, the beautiful surroundings provide the rest; the hotel is situated in the dunes of Duinkersoord and in all seasons you can get a breath of fresh air here and go for beautiful walks.
The atmosphere in the hotel and the rooms is pleasant, the rooms feature lovely box-spring beds where you sleep with in the background the murmur of the sea. Furthermore, the rooms have a spacious bathroom with bath or shower and toilet and there is a cable television, telephone, wake up radio, desk and Internet connection.
Food and Drinks
Breakfast is served daily from 08:15 till noon in the cozy breakfast room of the hotel. After 10:00 h. the breakfast can be served in your room as well (on request).
The hotel has no restaurant, but nearby are several restaurants in various price ranges, catering to everyone's needs.
From 10:00 to 23:00 h. you can enjoy drinks in the cozy conference room with fireplace, using the self-service buffet.

Surroundings
Hotel de Bosrand Vlieland lies on the eastern part of the island, within about a kilometer from where the boat arrives. The sandbar the Richel is located in this region, this is a a vast barren plain. Because of the huge sand supply on de Vliehors and the dominant westerly winds the highest dune on the island, the forty meters-high Vuurboetsduin was formed. In the lee of this dune lies the village Oost-Vlieland. The earliest record of the village dates from 1245 and there's a number of monumental buildings to admire. Good food and entertainment go hand in hand with the ambience of yesteryear, there are many terraces, shops and cozy cafes.
