Surroundings
Vlieland is a peaceful island where you will find fresh air, space, woods, dunes and beaches. Your journey starts on the ferry to the island, where you breathe in the fresh sea air. Near the port lies Oost-Vlieland, the only village of the island. Here you will find bike rental companies, restaurants and nice shops. On the edge of the village lies Hotel de Kluut. On your bike you can easily cycle from the hotel to the woods, along the lighthouse, towards the dunes. Along the way there are many spots where you have access to the beach.
