Restaurant 'De Mediterraan' offers a 3-course menu, which is inspired by the four seasons. The starter is a combination of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. After that you can enjoy a delicious main course from the Mediterranean kitchen.

Possibly the best of the group!

The staff were friendly and helpful, a very helpful girl at reception even found me a cell phone charger, when I lost mine. Breakfast is excellent, as are the dinners and snacks.

Tea/coffee in the room would be nice.

The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and unpressurised. If we return to Oosterbeek we would certainly stay again.

On the Sunday evening our room was a little bit cold although we acknowledge that the weather generally had turned very cold the day previously. To be honest we wondered if the heating had been reduced because the hotel was much emptier after the Sunday when most people had left.

Very comfortable hotel in lovely grounds

Lovely location and grounds. Food at buffet meal on first night was very good and price, which include two glasses of wine, was quite reasonable. Breakfast was excellent. Liked the artistic glass pieces on display in public areas.

Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities which are only available in 'upgraded' rooms. Disappointed that on our second morning we were unable to get a table in either restaurant for that night and lack of suitable tables and chairs in lounge area made bar menu unattractive proposition. Also service in lounge area was slow and disorganised. (We went without a meal that night and made do with snacks we had in our room.)

High quality all round

Excellent for comfort and service; helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff; good dining facilities (on the expensive side!)

Internet access charges are VERY expensive at 10 euro per hour/23 euro per 24 hour!! As a top rate hotel this should be free for all guests, as in many other hotels that I stay in. High internet charges seem to have replaced the expensive phone scam many hotels used to operate

Het hotel in Oosterbeek is prachtig gelegen en biedt vele mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes in de nabije omgeveing.

Hoewel een prachtig groen uitzicht vanuit het hotel, zouden ook een meer klerrijke beplanting in de directe omgeving van het terras niet misstaan. We misten ook een tafeltje op het terras bij de kamer. Onze indruk was bovendien dat er nogal wat van onderhoudachterstand van het verfwerk sprake is.

Pretty setting, excellent facilities and rooms.

The Hotel was perfectly located for our use - we also appreciated the setting. The rooms were comfortable and warm without being too hot, the bathrooms were spacious and very clean. we liked it so much that we also booked for the Sunday night. Service in the lounge area was excellect as was reception.

The only minus point was the service in the resteraunt - we used the trattoria where service was slow and our meals were not up to standard for the price.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, mostly quiet. Good location for Veluwe and Arnhem, good restaurant (Italian). Nice green area right outside the hotel.

Some noise from corridor and next-door or upstairs bathroom. Restaurant had a slight heating problem (but excellent food so we forgave them - it was minus 5 Centigrade outside)

We had to pay extra for a room with a king bed, that was supposedly a bigger and more comfortable room. Actual size was the same as our children's twin room. Impossible to get to the toilet paper without falling of the toilet!

Reception staff helpful and efficient. The atmosphere and food in the Italian restaurant were excellent; the staff very friendly and helpful but too few of them so service was very slow. Bedroom and bathroom just satisfactory, bedroom window needed to be replaced (wouldn't close fully) and the hotel ventilation fan was too close to the window so could be heard all the time. I probably would stay at the hotel again but I'd ask for a room in a refurbished part of the hotel.

Bedroom doors need automatic closers fitted to minimise disturbance to other guests.

Rustig en huislijk Hotel

Vriendelijk personeel , rustige omgeving , heeft een huislijke uitstraling ondanks dat het veel kamers heeft.

Jammer dat er bij het ontbijt geen (harde duitse broodjes bij waren) dit hoort gewoon in een Hotel met zoveel uitstraling. Tip) Maak de douche gordijnen wat korter dan drogen ze sneller en krijg je niet zo snel schimmelvorming.

Mooie ligging. Rustig hotel. Goede sfeer. Je bent echt gast.

Trattoria Artusi. Een pretentieus restaurant. Anders dan de hoge rekening zou doen vermoeden was het een karig maal. Te weinig eten voor te veel geld. En als het nou nog lekker was... We waren genoodzaakt later op de avond een bezoek aan cafetaria West in Oosterbeek te brengen. Geen haute cuisine maar wel maagvullend. Tsja...
