Very Friendly Staff at Check In & in the Restrauent
Beds & Pillows very clean & comfortable.
Breakfast very good.
Lots of Parking Space
Really enjoyed our short stay & will return again.
Excellent location, but potential to be so much better than it is
Location, potential to be a fantastic hotel, some elements of decor very attractive, light meals available on terrace very acceptable, breakfasts quite good and not too expensive compared with other hotels.
Bed too soft, wi-fi extortionately expensive, room TV had BBC2 working properly but BBC1 was a blank screen, service a bit marginal (at reception on arrival, they only got my room issued correctly at the third attempt!), , some bits of hotel not revamped with the rest e.g. rattly old lifts, room doors seem left over from 1970s, feeling that management not fully on top of the job, value marginal.

Nice place for a short stay

Good various breakfast, was 2 nd time we stayed here
Possibly the best of the group!
The staff were friendly and helpful, a very helpful girl at reception even found me a cell phone charger, when I lost mine. Breakfast is excellent, as are the dinners and snacks.
Tea/coffee in the room would be nice.
Enjoyable stay, curteous and friendly staff. We would stay again
The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and unpressurised. If we return to Oosterbeek we would certainly stay again.
On the Sunday evening our room was a little bit cold although we acknowledge that the weather generally had turned very cold the day previously. To be honest we wondered if the heating had been reduced because the hotel was much emptier after the Sunday when most people had left.
Very comfortable hotel in lovely grounds
Lovely location and grounds. Food at buffet meal on first night was very good and price, which include two glasses of wine, was quite reasonable. Breakfast was excellent. Liked the artistic glass pieces on display in public areas.
Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities which are only available in 'upgraded' rooms. Disappointed that on our second morning we were unable to get a table in either restaurant for that night and lack of suitable tables and chairs in lounge area made bar menu unattractive proposition. Also service in lounge area was slow and disorganised. (We went without a meal that night and made do with snacks we had in our room.)
Excellent Hotel & Fantastic staff
High quality all round
Excellent for comfort and service; helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff; good dining facilities (on the expensive side!)
Internet access charges are VERY expensive at 10 euro per hour/23 euro per 24 hour!! As a top rate hotel this should be free for all guests, as in many other hotels that I stay in. High internet charges seem to have replaced the expensive phone scam many hotels used to operate

Nice hotel with only a few minor negative points
Nice surroundings, everything at an acceptable distance. Nice Building and very good service.
the room was a bit outdated and could use some upgrading for instance the small television.
also the baby bed could use a baby matras. the one provided is to thin for the babies and not comfortable for them.

high price for Swisscom internet - a real rip-off

Excellent stay, excellent value
Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, comfortable beds, staff courteous and professional, clean.
wifi not free
Pretty setting, excellent facilities and rooms.
The Hotel was perfectly located for our use - we also appreciated the setting. The rooms were comfortable and warm without being too hot, the bathrooms were spacious and very clean. we liked it so much that we also booked for the Sunday night. Service in the lounge area was excellect as was reception.
The only minus point was the service in the resteraunt - we used the trattoria where service was slow and our meals were not up to standard for the price.

Wothwhile and memorable
Very good and tasteful bar menu, delicious and copious breakfast buffet (with a choice out of three kinds of boiled eggs soft, medium and hard boiled.) Beautiful located close to shops, woods and restaurants.
When its rains it is a long walk to the car park.
Clean and friendly, with a good restaurant
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, mostly quiet. Good location for Veluwe and Arnhem, good restaurant (Italian). Nice green area right outside the hotel.
Some noise from corridor and next-door or upstairs bathroom.
Restaurant had a slight heating problem (but excellent food so we forgave them - it was minus 5 Centigrade outside)

Ganske bra Hotell :)
Nice friendly hotel
excellent breakfast with a lot of things to choose
very good service and nice friendly staff
Nice restaurants on hotel
Long way from centrum
little expensive in restaurants (we'r just 20 and 28 years old and poor:D:D )
A car/tranfer going between hotel and centrum could be useful
Lovely hotel, shame about some of the guests.....
Jammer van een aantal luidruchtige gasten die tegen 5uur het leuk vonden om te schreeuwen door de gangen en aan alle deuren kloppen.
Kamer aan de kleine kant.

Location is the main attraction
Nice swimming pool and (small) gym
We had to pay extra for a room with a king bed, that was supposedly a bigger and more comfortable room. Actual size was the same as our children's twin room.
Impossible to get to the toilet paper without falling of the toilet!
More than excellent breakfast, hotel is very nicely decorated and staff helpful and friendly
Need to vacuum the pool
