Hotels.nl provides lowest rate guaranteed

Using the booking service of Hotels.nl is entirely free: Hotels.nl does not charge any reservation costs, administration costs, alterations costs or cancellation costs. *

This is in contrast with some other websites where you sometimes have to pay up to 18 euros extra per reservation.

Every day Hotels.nl compares the prices of hotel rooms of the hotels connected with Hotels.nl with prices on other booking sites. That is why we dare to offer a lowest price guarantee. If you book a hotel through Hotels.nl and you find a lower price for the same room type and the same date somewhere else on the Internet, then Hotels.nl will pay you back the difference.

What does this mean for you?

If the offer on another hotel booking site is cheaper and complies with the conditions below, we ask you to inform us within 2 working days after you have made the booking. If the information is correct, Hotels.nl will pay you back the difference.

You can pass on the information through 'My booking'.
We need you to supply the following information:

• the website of the other hotel booking site
• the price of the other hotel booking site in euros
• the URL where you found the information

Hotels.nl will pay you back the difference under the following conditions:

• You fill out this form within 2 working days after you have made the booking.
• You find the same available hotel room for a lower rate on another booking site on the same date as you booked through Hotels.nl.
• The lower rate you have found on another booking site is made up the same as the price of the room you booked through Hotels.nl (in- or excluding breakfast and in- or excluding city tax).
• The lower rate you have found applies to the same period and to the same room type and facilities as the room you booked through Hotels.nl.
• You did not find the lower price on the website of the hotel itself.
• The lowest price guarantee does not apply to periods during fairs and events, and to group bookings for more than 8 persons.
• A price guarantee is given on all on line sales channels with a domain name ending with .nl, apart from the website of the hotel itself.
• The lower price does not apply to a membership or special discounted rates that can be booked because you own a membership card, gift voucher and/or other discount card.
