+ Location close to city centre, Clean room, parking just outside hotel (although paid). Although situated right next to the train station, you hardly don't hear the many trains - surprisingly positive.

- Biggest minus was that there was almost no water pressure at all. That sucks when you want to take a shower. Also it was extremely diffucult to adjust the water temp. Altogether a HUGH MINUS! My matress had a hole right i the middle, which allowed a spring to stick out. You should think that a hotel charging this higher price for a room would check such things inbetween customers ?! ...

+ My mother is in a nursing home in 's-Gravenzande. I live in the US. I take the bus at the end of the Coenderstraat to visit here. The location is very convenient for me.

- Bed in my room was too close to slanted roof wall. Had to move it out a little to be comfortable.

+ Grote kamer met tweepersoons bed, mooie ruime badkamer, veel ruimte. Ligging bij het centraal station, snel met de OV fiets naar bestemming in Delft

- Lawaai in de nacht van langslopende groepen. Simpele inrichting.

+ Good value, friendly service, decent breakfast (for an extra fee), Nice en-suite shower, right next to the train station, easy walk to the heart of Delft. Heavily "Delft" themed (even inside the toilet bowl). Internet provided free of charge.

- Right next to the train station (on Queen's Day night this was rather noisy, plus the trains). Single room was quite small, but that was actually fine for my needs. No parking provided (but again, I was on motorcycle so did not matter).

Ton en Gré van Gastel Jammer van het ontbijt, verder prima hotel.

- no reception after 23:00 in the night (impossible to get phones to room in the nights)

+ It is situated in an excellent location so it was easy to find, especially for travellers who take the train. The hotel staff was very very friendly. I forgot my hat in the reception but they gave it back to me before I left.

- There's only free Internet in the lounge so you can't surf the Internet in the room. (But that didn't bother me too much) Breakfast was 12.5 euro, so it's relatively expensive....

+ Comfortable. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Convenient to train, but well-insulated against noise.

- The room seemed a bit tight, even for one person. In particular, the room's hall passage from bath to bed is very close -- too easy to bark one's shin on the desk. The bath is also small-ish.

+ Sehr gutes Frühstücksambiente. Mein Zimmer war sehr einfach.

- Ich kam erst spät in Amsterdam an und war in Sorge, dass ich es nicht mehr rechtzeitig schaffe. Reception sollte zumindestens am Wochenende länger auf haben.

+ It is quite convenient to travel around by train as the hotel is located right next to the railway station and I like the free wi-fi service much.

- There is a little bit noise disturbance particularly during midnight because my room is located on the station side. It would be much better if an electric kettle is provided in the room.

- Het is gehorig en als je moet uitchecken wordt je om half negen al je bed uitgeschreeuwd door housekeeping. Het ontbijt kost 12 euro en dat is vrij prijzig. De eenpersoonskamer is zeer klein, benauwd en heeft geen volwaardig bed.

+ Excellent value for money. Clean and tidy rooms. Nice to be able to book through the internet. Easy to connect to local buses, tram and trains.

- Free Wi-Fi did not connect in my room on the top floor due to poor signal quality. A kettle to make tea or coffee in the room would be nice.

+ A very pleasant hotel close to the railway station, but not too badly affected by the noise from there. The staff were all polite and friendly. Within easy walking distance to the town centre.

- The beds in the twin room were very close together and the room was a bit dark with the decor.

+ De ligging

- Onbeschoft hoe men omgaat met gasten: of je moet perse vantevoren je creditcard gegevens geven of je moet vantevoren betalen. Je wordt toegesproken onder het mom van regels zijn regels en men gedraagd zich alsof je daar bent om de boel op te lichten. Ik had keurig vantevoren gebeld (16.00 uur) om te zeggen dat ik iets later was. Ze weigerden bijna om mijn kamer tot 20.00 uur vast te houden omdat ik niet zou komen opdagen. Toen ik kwam moest ik meteen alles betalen: ik moet er dus maar vanuit gaan dat zij betrouwbaar zijn, terwijl ik zelf als halve crimineel wordt behandeld. schandalig!
