The woody area in which the Hampshire Hotel – Mooi Veluwe is located, covers approximately 8 acres and has a varied landscape. From the hotel there are lovely bike rides and nature walks to be made. Lovers of culture, on the other hand, will appreciate the 'Kröller Müller Museum' (modern art) and the royal palace 'Paleis het Loo'.
Those who love walking can take part in a 5 kilometer walking tour, which takes place every Sunday from 11:00. This is carried out under professional supervision from a forester from the Dutch Forrestry Commission. The walk concludes with a hearty soup by the open hearth on the terrace.
