Since it opened in 1907, Best Western City Hotel Goderië has experienced many changes. Changes of owners and thorough renovation have frequently kept the hotel up-to-date. The hotel's interior is inspired by the international train traffic of the train station that lies across from the hotel. The trains here can actually take guests to Antwerp in 20 minutes, and to Brussels and Rotterdam in an hour.
The hotel has a good accommodation for meetings, as it has five well-equipped conference rooms that can seat up to 500 persons. There are also many possibilities for parties and gatherings. For guests who want to explore the surroundings the hotel has bikes to let.
All hotel rooms have a bathroom with a shower and/or bath, a toilet, and a comfortable seat. Also, the rooms have a speaker telephone and cable television. There is a radio alarm clock, a hair dryer, and coffee and tea making facilities as well.
Food and Drinks
On weekdays the hotel sets up a breakfast buffet from 07:00 to 10:00 h., and on weekends from 08:00 to 11:00 h.
In the evening guests can have dinner in restaurant Le Train Bleu. The food of this establishment is of the highest level. The à la carte dishes are based on the French kitchen and change with the seasons. For a good wine to go with your meal, the knowledgeable staff will gladly give guests recommendations.
In the atmospheric brasserie 'de Aankomst' guests can enjoy a delicious lunch or a nice cup of coffee.

Important information
On Christmas Eve (december 24, 2011) and new year's Eve (31 december 2011) there is from 18: 00 h. limited service in the hotel. The reception, the Brasserie and the restaurant will be closed. You can check in till 18:00 hours.
