- This hotel is an excellent value.
- We were very pleased with this hotel. For a free breakfast, it's very good. Many different choices of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rotterdam Centraal is less than 10 minutes away by bus and it's right next to the zoo. We will most likely stay here again.
- There was some confusion as to whether or not breakfast was included with our stay. Thankfully we had our reservation with us so we were able to prove it was.

- New hotel, strakke luctige italiaanse inrichting. uitstekende bedden en kussens. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Even wennen was het raam dat aan een binnen tuin is dus geen direkt zon licht. Dit is niet met alle kamers.

- Een mooi hotel met prima kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Ook het ontbijt was prima.
- We hadden een koude douche. Reden was dat iedereen 's ochtends ging douchen en de leidingen waren koud vanwege het koude weer... Lijkt me toch logisch dat 's ochtends iedereen onder de douche stapt dus daar moeten ze echt wat aan gaan doen!

Geluidsisolatie lijkt iets minder dan Novotel (t.a.v. verkeer) maar is goed te noemen.
- Onduidelijk is hoe kamer binnen te komen en de verlichting aan te zetten als je in het donker arriveert. Dat wordt niet door de engelstalige receptioniste verteld en is lastig als je hier niet bekend mee bent.

- Het hotel bleek pas een half jaar geopend en alles is nog 'nieuw'. Het ziet er ERG verzorgd uit, goed geregeld, mooi gestyled, een indrukwekkend gebouw...
- Er is geen aansluiting met openbaar vervoer. Als je zonder eigen vervoer ' ergens anders' naartoe wilt, ben je op een taxi aangewezen.

- Ontbijt was zeer eenvoudig.Douche was mooi.
Op internet stond dat de kamer parkzicht had, bleek echter pakeerterreinzicht te zijn. Kingsize bed werd zonder vragen omgezet naar 2 losse bedden. Kamers waren netjes maar erg standaard, had wel wat meer uitstraling mogen hebben. Belichting vond ik ook weinig sfeer hebben. Voor een romantisch verblijf met je geliefde moet je hier echt niet zijn.

De keuken is ronduit slecht. Een leuke menukaart belabberd uitgevoerd. Beetgaar was té beet, broccoli was geel en smakeloos, spek te droog uitgebakken, gegrilde groenten te ver - branderig - gegrild etc. etc.
