very pleasent atmosphere every way around the hotel . Starting with the lounge, the decor of the hallways, the room and dinning room, and the service at the reception which stood up to the quality and pride of the hotel. It definitely rates the name of the hotel a first choice at will. The parking was another achieved facility. The food made a stand out in that of variety and abondance with very good quality. all together bravo and thank you for the sweet experience staying at this place.

The location was very convenient, the service excellent, and the price was unbeatable (special offer). The included breakfast was also extremely good.

We had a most pleasant stay in Rotterdam. My only quarrel was with the outrageous internet charges. Wireless access is standard at all decent hotels. It's simply a basic service.

soooo pleased!

we got a special deal for 2 nights including breakfast and we were very surprised at how nice everything was. This hotel is perfectly situated just 3 minutes away from town where its quieter. The room was a corner room with a lovely view and breakfast was a full buffet which we really enjoyed. Service was excellent. No complaints at all.

In Rotterdam, all stores close exactly at 6 and restaurants before midnight. If you should return home after midnight and would like something to eat, you will have to wait for breakfast in the morning. Next time I will have some snacks in the room in case this should happen again. But no blame to the hotel, however I would wish for the lobby to have a sandwich or snack machine available. This is the only minus point I can think of.

Noisy and dangerous location. Over the night was my car parked on the parallel road at the hotel. Car window glass had been broken and the front panel was destroyed; AC unit demaged, NAVI System demaged; my west stolen. Access to the Hotel Parking basment is too small and dangerous to drive in.

this hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the train station. Very clean room, nice bathroom and large tv. Excellent breakfast included. We got a good deal, just 60 euros per night for the room. the staff were very helpful.

Hotel staff was very helpful. Street parking was easy to find. Found a great Persian restaurant nearby (just south of the hotel).

Staff are always friendly & helpful, rooms are always clean. Better service than the Hilton, which we stayed at this year!

They don't seem to have any twin rooms, which means my friend and I always have to share a double bed, which is quite annoying considering the price. Also, there is no food available apart from at breakfast, which can be inconvenient. We have also stayed at the Best Western Savoy which is 10 minutes down the road, and they serve food there...

Dicht bij centrum, tram en Centaal Sation. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Aardig en vakbekwaam personeel. Algemene indruk hotel is goed.

Op de kamer was het steen en steenkoud.Geen verarming. Extra dekbedden waren er niet, wel wollen dekens. Volgende ochtend hierover klacht ingediend. Hebben straalkacheltje op de kamer gekregen. Bedden veel te zacht. Kan ook persoonlijk zijn...Tafels in restaurant te laag.

prima hotel maar geen 4*

We hebben 2 nachten geslapen in dit hotel in een deluxe kamer. Het hotel zit in een oud pand maar van binnen is het modern. De hotelkamer was ruim met een groot buro en 2 stoelen. Het ontbijt is zeer goed: er is een erg ruime keuze in brood, beleg, fruit en drinken. Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig: voor extra dekens werd meteen gezorgd en bijvulling van thee en koffie op de kamer is zonder problemen te krijgen. Trein- en metrostation Rotterdam Centraal ligt op 7 minuten loopafstand, dit is goed te doen. Voor het hotel stopt tram 25. Wij hadden special deal daarom is de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding goed maar bij normale prijs vind ik het geen 4* waard.

Een 2-persoonsbed van 1m40 breed kan echt niet meer! Is veel te klein voor 2 personen. Hierdoor hebben we niet zo goed geslapen.
