Description
STROOM is a trendy design hotel in a former power station. The studios each have their own character and design. Most of the studios have a bath-floor with a glass ceiling at a height of 6 metres, a bath tub that can hold 500 litres of water and a Grohe rain shower for two persons. The space above this floor holds a large Coco-mat bed, an iPod nano and a beamer with television and DVD projection. In the architecture the robust past has been combined with contemporary design.
In restaurant Kitchen you can leisurely have breakfast, lunch or dinner. On sunny days it is also possible to have a meal or a drink on the terrace or on the roof terrace. The hotel also offers a multimedia room, that is suitable for both receptions and business meetings.

In the hotel you can start the day with a lovely breakfast.
The colourful bar on the ground floor is a nice place to meet. If weather permits, you can also have a chat, a drink or a meal on the terrace or on the roof terrace, that has an outdoor kitchen. The roof terrace offers a magnificent view of the Euromast tower and the Erasmusbrug bridge. Inside you can have dinner in the Kitchen, and meanwhile watch how the chefs prepare the food in the open kitchen.

Surroundings
The STROOM hotel is located near the Delfshaven harbour in Rotterdam. From the banks you can admire the large sea vessels that sail down the Nieuwe Maas. You can also go for a round trip in the harbour, that starts at the Erasmusbrug bridge. Rotterdam has even more in store. You can for instance visit museums such as the Kunsthal and Boijmans van Beuningen, admire the city from the top of the Euromast tower, or follow the architectural route.
