Tulip Inn Rotterdam offers you hospitable accommodation on the banks of the river Maas. This hotel was awarded Tulip Inn of the Year: 2011. From the hotel, you can easily reach the city centre and the harbour. Most hotel rooms offer a spectacular view of the Erasmusbrug (Erasmus Bridge), the river Maas or the Rotterdam skyline. You will stay in well-equipped rooms, with a maritime touch. The rooms come with facilities such as a private bathroom, a parquet floor, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a minibar.

For lunch, dinner or a drink you can go to the hotel's cosy bar/brasserie De Swaan, where you can also enjoy a lovely view of the river Maas. The Tulip Inn Rotterdam offers an excellent location for succesful business meetings. You can choose from two meeting rooms: the Oslo Room measuring 100 m2, and the Olav Room, which is 36 m2.

Hotel Tulip Inn Rotterdam is easy to reach by both car and public transport. The Rotterdam ring road is only a 5-minute drive away, and there is a direct tram connection from Rotterdam Central Station. The Museumpark and the shopping streets can be reached by tram in about 5 minutes. The Spido boat tour departs close to the hotel, and will take you on a tour of Rotterdam harbour.

Hotel Tulip Inn Rotterdam is located in the Scheepvaartkwartier (Shipping District). In this area you can visit the Euromast, one of Rotterdam's most popular attractions. From this tower you can admire the impressive skyline of Rotterdam, and you can also lunch or dine at a height of 100 m (please make reservations in advance). Not really fond of heights? Rotterdam has lots more to offer. How about a Spido boat tour of Rotterdam harbour, a visit to Diergaarde Blijdorp (Zoo) or why not spend an afternoon shopping?

A breakfast buffet is served daily in the restaurant. On request, this restaurant can also be booked for a dinner function for a larger group. You can have a lovely lunch or dinner at the bar/brasserie De Swaan, while you look out onto the river Maas. The brasserie is open from 12:00 - 23:00.

Great hotel with a fantastic location
  • + Very friendly reception staff. I was offered an upgrade to a room with a view over the Maas river. The room itself wasn't huge, but was clean and had everything needed. The location is brilliant with great tram and metro links.

  • – Asked for a nice room when I reserved from home long in advance. Got a cell at ca. 5 squere meters. Terrible! Complained and got a nicer, but still quite small room for 100 euro pr. night! Too expencive! - Also very expencive breakfast, 19 euro. Prefered to eat at the Grand cafe near by, half price and very nice. - Bathroom very poor with no shampoo, or bodylotion. I will not recomend this hotel to my friends.

Room Too Small for this Price
  • – The "Economy Single" room I stayed in Tulip Inn is extremely small and uncomfortable. In addition the window is facing other rooms, so the curtains needed to be down all the time which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

  • + The bed was comfortable and the hotel was very clean throughout. The breakfast was available at reasonable times and there was good variety.

The rooms are extremely small, we had to move furniture before being able to use both sides of the bed. The bathroom is also very small. The minibar is more expensive than most.

Excellent location and service at Tulip Inn
  • + We booked a special deal last minute so it was really good value and in such a beautiful location. The staff were very helpful.
  • – A 20 min walk into town was a bit long in the middle of winter, but there were trams & metro nearby.
