Description

Tulip Inn Rotterdam offers you a hospitable accommodation at the banks of the Maas river. From the hotel you can easily reach the city centre and the harbour. Most of the hotel rooms offer a spectacular view at the Erasmusbrug (bridge), the Maas river or the Rotterdam skyline. You will stay in well appointed rooms that have a maritime feel about them. A breakfast buffet is served every morning in restaurant 'The Dining Room'. This restaurant can be booked on request for a dinner with a larger group. In the bar/brasserie 'The Living Room' you can have a lovely lunch or dinner while you look out over the Maas river. The brasserie is open from 10:00 to 23:00 h.

Randi 100 euro pr. night is too much for this hotel standard: 15 November 2010; 4.4; + Nice bar with friendly lady serving good food at 10 p.m.; - Asked for a nice room when I reserved from home long in advance. Got a cell at ca. 5 squere meters. Terrible! Complained and got a nicer, but still quite small room for 100 euro pr. night! Too expencive! - Also very expencive breakfast, 19 euro. Prefered to eat at the Grand cafe near by, half price and very nice. - Bathroom very poor with no shampoo, or bodylotion. I will not recomend this hotel to my friends.

The breakfast was available at reasonable times and there was good variety.; - The walls are very thin - a room across the hall had a party which sounded as though it could have been in our room. The rooms are extremely small, we had to move furniture before being able to use both sides of the bed. The bathroom is also very small. The minibar is more expensive than most.

So, I was happy to stay in an hotel carrying my name in another language. The staff were very helpful.; - A 20 min walk into town was a bit long in the middle of winter, but there were trams & metro nearby.

The total amount was alright, but I did not have breakfast on June 29., instead I did have one on July 1. (which was not mentiionede on the invoice). Het eten in het restaurant was erg smakelijk.Personeel was erg vriendelijk !; - Wij hadden niet verwacht dat de kamer zó klein zou zijn.De badkamer was ook erg petit.Rondom de afvoer was niet echt top schoon.Het uitzicht op de giga buizen in de binnentuin was vreselijk.Die info hadden ze bij reserveren wel mogen melden.Ik weet dat je voor dat geld niet heel veel kunt verwachten,maar als het me verteld was dat het allemaal zo klein was had ik kunnen kiezen.

Het was voor een 1-persoonskamer nog aan de kleine kant. Het uitzicht was matig (kantoorgebouwen) en je kon met open gordijnen zo in elkaars kamer/kantoor kijken.
