- Very pleasant, comfortable (loved the bed), the room size was great and we enjoyed the space and the layout, spacious wardrobe was nice, nice bathroom and useful extras, central and easy access to public transport and the city centre, nice people in the reception, nice magazines -good selection/variety. Thank you for a very comforatable and enjoyable stay.

- Superior room: spacious, quiet, very clean, overall very comfortable. The room was equipped with a large and very useful "office-like" desk with internet connection and telephone, so it is well suited for a business trip when you need to work from the hotel. The "heavenly bed" is truly a delight :) The bathroom had both a tub and a shower. Very kind and professional service.

Prima centrale ligging t.o.v. station, centrum, De Doelen etc. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit als je de minpunt niet meerekent!

- Wij hadden geboekt inclusief ontbijt. We hebben het ontbijt vervolgens op de kamer laten bezorgen. En vervolgens kregen wij het gehele ontbijt nog eens in rekening gebracht! Na protest van onze zijde werd dat teruggebracht tot enkel de roomservicekosten. En terecht. Maar het is wel geprobeerd dubbel te declareren, en dat is betreurenswaardig. U bent gewaarschuwd.

- Het was een heel net hotel. Kamer zag er netjes uit. Hotel is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Ontbijt was prima, maar voor een 5 sterren hotel hadden we iets meer verwacht. Hotel lag echt vlak bij het centrum, je kon zo het centrum in wandelen.
- Uitzicht kamer was verschrikkelijk. Hotel was slecht bereikbaar ivm werkzaamheden rondom het station. Bij uitchecken stond er een enorm bedrag op onze rekening, maar na uitleg over het arrangement werd dit meteen zonder commentaar akkoord bevonden en konden we zo uitchecken.

- Luxe hotel voor een aangenaam verblijf in het centrum van Rotterdam
- Zeer goede ligging, heerlijke bedden en mooi uitzicht op de bovenste etages (11e etage). Ontbijt zeer uitgebreidt en vers!
- De kamer die wij kregen was nog niet schoon gemaakt. Dit bleek een fout te zijn in het systeem. Hierdoor een gratis drankje ontvangen in de bar (nieuwe kamer gekregen).
