Description
During your stay in Tjallewal you can also enjoy a trip the historic towns of Enkhuizen, Hoorn or Alkmaar. The region offers many attractions, including the Broekerveiling auction, the Perfume Bottle Museum and the Zuiderzeemuseum. In the B&B you can find information about the region. The staff are also willing to advise you.
The farmhouse has been carefully transformed into a charming B&B, keeping elements such as the old beams and trusses. Besides comfortable double rooms, the Tjallewal also offers a family room for 3 or 4 persons. All rooms have a private bathroom, cosy seats, television and Wifi.
In the communal room with a lounge area and a kitchenette you can make a cup of coffee and tea or take a drink from the refrigerator. Or take a seat in the large garden and enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful view of the countryside. The B&B has a private entrance and offers free parking for cars, motorcycles and bicycles (with a recharge point).
Food and Drinks
Every morning breakfast is served in the breakfast room, if possible with strawberries or tomatoes from the garden. A packed lunch is also available on request. In the garden you can enjoy a drink from the refrigerator or a drink brought by yourself.
In Schagen there are plenty of restaurants, nice bars and terraces. The staff can advise you about the possibilities.
