A hotel to be considered

• + extremely kind duty officer at night
• – very distasteful coffee in the morning at breakfast

An efficient and friendly place to stay.

• + Efficient service, good food and helpful staff.
• – The charge for the internet was excessive - some hotels now offer this service free to residents.

• + its in a nice location and there is a tram stop just infornt
• – it is just ok and for the price I expected something better, even if its bigger than other hotels in the area, I dont think is any better than the rest

Don't be put off by the name!

• + Staff very friendly and helpful. Close proximity to the beach and all the bars/clubs etc.

Nice hotel a bit pricey, and poor treatment from the manageress

• + Lovely, clean hotel a short walk from the beach. Mostly great staff.
• – The manageress was massively unprofessional and rude. It was a little pricey.

Good location - watch out for parking and extras

Pleasant hotel

• + Great service, nice beds and a lot of space.
• – Small bath.

• + close to the beach, public transport and "de Keizerstraat".

• – too noisy

• – noise from the street!!! Annoying :/ cheese and ham at breakfast were not fresh small room lift is too small for luggage trolley

not a "bad" hotel

Would gladly stay there again!

• + Zeer schoon en netjes. Paar minuutjes lopen van het strand.
• – Kamer met zeezicht aan drukke straat.

• + Very pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good location.
• – Quite expensive rates and have to pay extra for breakfast which is also very expensive. We went out for breakfast which was much better value for money.

• – Rooms are too small, wardrobes are single sized

• + Staff responsible for cleaning the room could not have been more efficient and several other staff were positive and helpful
• – Several of the Reception staff were brusque to the point of rudeness. The lift failed several times forcing my wife to descend and climb five floors and at one stage de facto imprisonning her in our room for several hours.

• + we hebben een aangenaam maar helaas kort verblijf gehad,doen dat zeker nog eens over.service vond ik prima met name omdat het personeel niet""opdringerig aanwezig""was
• – als ik echt iets moet noemen,er was een schemer lamp naast de tv die het niet deed.

• + Aardig personeel, behulpzaam en goede service.
• – De kamer was soms niet schoon gemaakt, of niet goed. Mijn nachtpon was een paar dagen verdwenen en moest daarom een nieuwe kopen.
