It si good quie hotel, I like this type of hotels.

toilet is very smallonly shower. No garbige box in the room. No tussues in the room. You drow the money two times from my account ( (CridetCard). Could you please check that. Also, the hotet took bill me 585 EUR instaead of 575 EUR

Great Value at the Sea Side

Very good receptionists, inviting lobby with attractive fireplace, large room with balcony and sea view, excellent breakfast, good location for beach and the city, because a direct tram to the city centre, to Delft even, stops right in front.

Shower room somewhat small. If the door were to open outwards, this might solve the problem. On the other hand, there was a wonderfully powerful shower and cheerfully decorated gel bottles and soap. Parking on the premises could be a touch cheaper.

What on earth have you done ?

Location Staff helpful

Style and outfitting of refurbished rooms absolutely dreadful. The fixtures are of extremely poor quality - the large room was like a dentists waiting area and he small one barely had room to swing a cat. We shall not stay with you again, since such a hotel will only attract clients of the lower orders with whom we do not wish to share

Would I stay again?

Good size rooms, very friendly staff and good location.

Twice during my one week stay I had to phone reception to ask them to speak to other guests making a noise during the night. Wooden floors in the rooms do not help. May look for somewhere else next time.

Its location is very good. The general appaerance is good.

Hygiene, especially the bed covers is very bad. During my stay, only once my dirty bed cover was changed. And it was changed hardyl with my request. The place of my room was not good. It was in somewhere which looks like as the room of housekeeper.

+ Great value for money + Excellent location

There is limited parking and this led to us returning to the hotel with 3 children to find no parking space. Then you have to park in public parking at Eur13 per night. On leaving our car outside the hotel at the entrance to the carpark to move our children inside the hotel, we were told by Night Staff that they dont care about our problem and to move the car before they call the police to have it towed. It was a horrible experience and treatment and totally ruined our stay to have such rudeness.

1. The heater in my room was out of order. I was offered a smoking room instead, but I couldn't accept it because I have a big problem with cigarette smell. However the blanket was good and kept me warm enough. 2. Room service starts cleaning a little early.

Good location - beach is 200 metres away as are Kurhaus and shops. Tram stop ( to & from city centre and Den Haag HS station ) right outside front door. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Rooms at front are very noisy: only single glazing so the passing traffic is very loud, especially trams and late-night taxis to/from nearby casino.

Location, location, location - easy to get to everything, walk to the beach, cinema, casino, tram and bus stops just around the corner. Rooms were clean. Would not stay here a week but for a quick weekend or over night it is perfect.

Breakfast is not worth having, you can go onto the beach and have a very nice breakfast for a lot less, in a nicer setting. Rooms are minute - but in the end you are not there to stay in the room.

Room was close to staircase and fire-door and people entering and leaving made a constant loud noise. Upon request for the use of an ice-bucket one of the staff members proceeded to fetch an ice-bucket, and I saw the staff member with the ice bucket in his hand, however another member of staff then told the person not to give the ice bucket, and the member of staff then came to tell us they do not have ice-buckets - even when I saw the person standing with the ice-bucket in his hand. On the second night there was only one set of towels, eventhough I booked a double room - I requested this to be rectified, however this was not done. On the third night the same situation occured again.

The location. Nice employees

Before we have been in Ibis Scheveningen, we've been in Ibis Den Haag and i thought there was a big quality difference between the two. Although Ibis Scheveningen is very wel located I wouldn't quikly go back there. But I would consider going back to Ibis Den Haag. It's a shame to see a hotel in this location a bit neclectet.

Net hotel met vriendelijk personeel

Het hotel is dicht gelegen aan de kust en is erg schoon. De werknemers waren erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd.

De standaard kamer was erg klein. Als je wat langer bent dan gemiddeld, is het bed te kort en de douche te laag.

Zu kahl eingerichtetes Zimmer (keine Wandbilder...zu wenig Ablageflächen für Gegenstände.....keine Teppiche) Preis, Leistung beim Frühstücksbuffet nicht angemessen, Speiseraum müßte etwas abgegrenzter sein, sollte nicht mit dem Eingangbereich verbunden sein. Zu wenig Grünpflanzen....grün entspannt! Der Sonderpreis sollte Normalpreis sein! Parkplatzgebühren sollten im Buchungspreis enthalten sein....Gebühren zu teuer für den engen Parkplatz.

Zeker de moeite waard voor herhaling!

We hadden voor een kleine kamer geboekt en kregen een grote kamer! Echt super! Heerlijk bed en de badkamer heel schoon. Het hotel is dichtbij alles wat leuk is in Scheveningen! Het stormde in Scheveningen toen wij er waren en midden in de nacht stonden ze nog klaar bij de ingang met handdoekjes!

In de kamer was de tocht van de storm duidelijk voelbaar en hoorbaar. Het rooster boven de balkondeur was met brute kracht dicht te krijgen. Het ontbijt van 13 euro pp is duur vergeleken met de prijs van de kamer. Parkeren op het terrein van het hotel is duurder dan 24 uur parkeren in een algemene parkeergarage!
