The hotel lies across the street from the Circus Theatre and is within 100 metres from the casino and the movie theatre. The centre of Scheveningen can be easily reached by bus or tram; the hotel reception can supply you with the needed tickets. The atmospheric centre can also be reached quite easily by car. In the hotel's immediate surroundings you will find many diverse facilities, like an indoor shopping centre that is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00 h. The hotel also has a number of parking passes available, which can come in quite handy in this busy touristy beach resort.

Food and Drinks
The hotel's extensive breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant from 08:00 to 10:00 h. on weekdays. An earlier breakfast is only possible on request. On the weekends the breakfast is served from 09:00 to 11:00 h. Hotel Witte Huys also has an atmospheric bar; if there are enough people, you are welcome here to enjoy a nice drink. The bar is closed on Sundays.
For lunch or dinner there are plenty of good restaurants in the area. In the harbour area there are many good places to buy fresh fish, while you enjoy the sight of fishing boats leaving and entering the harbour. On the Holland Casino Boulevard and in the harbour there are many great restaurants. In the summer there are many outdoor cafés and restaurants as well.

Along the North Sea shore, sportive hotel guests can indulge in activities like sailing, surfing, fishing, and diving. The bordering city of The Hague is a lovely historical city with many shops, museums, and palaces.
