  • + We all loved this hotel! Friendly staff that went out of their way to be helpful. An added plus is that children under 16 stay for free. A good base point if one is travelling around by car in the area.

  • – I was disappointed in your renovation of bar and restaurant - it feels very impersonal and the service was less than attentive. In addition, I was unable to access my office computer through "gotomypc" because your computer was set up to block this the temporary download. In the past when I stayed at this hotel it was never a problem. Next time I travel to your area, I will go to a hotel which allows this simple convenience.

Very friendly comfortable good value for families except horrid dinner
  • + Easy access and parking, good location. nice reception and dinning area. Pleasant staff who always tried to be friendly and helpful. Rooms- beds and bathroom comfortable/clean/warm. Spacious enough for a family of four very good value. Nice enough buffet breakfast kept everyone happy.
  • – On arrival we had to eat at the hotel restaurant as it was late which was expensive for what we ate and was probably the most revolting food we have all had. We were miss informed by two members of staff which lead to great inconvinience so always triple check yourself.

Nice business Hotel
  • + Nice hotel. I have stayed here many times. Comfortable room very friendly staff and good breakfast. If you have a car it has a large free car park and well situated.
  • – If you dont have a car its a little remote and 10 mins walk from the tram/train/bus. No alternate pub or eating places close by. Evening menu is a little limited and not that great. Internet can work out expensive.

  • – I wanted to pay in cash, but when I indicated at arrival, I was told it is possible. When I wanted to pay at departure, I was informed that the amount was deducted from my bank card. The reason of paying in cash was to avoid the currency change at the bank (Hungarian bank), which was much higher than I changed it in advance. So unfortunately it cost me much more in this case, and I am not very happy with that as there was a reason why I wanted to pay it in cash.
