Clean. Close to the airport. Reasonable prices. Front desk manager was helpful.

One to many requests for service puts a damper on the whole experience

The fridge in our room did not work properly, I reguested it to be looked at or exchanged on 3or4 occasions it never got sorted. The safe in our room did not work I was given batteries to put it right myself. The dining room , standard of food and swimming pool were very good.

We stayed 4 nights at the Airport location because we had an early flight. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Complimentary shuttle bus service to Airport was very good to take the train into Amsterdam. Restaurant had excellent food and service for dinner. Did not have breakfast as it was not served after 8:30 am. Had breakfast at MacDonalds next door.

Rate quoted for room does not include breakfast ($12.50 E) however, it is automatically charged to your room. If you didn't have breakfast, be sure to tell the desk clerk when you check out.

The lobby did not seem clean. The dining service and bar were not available until well after 17:00 o'clock. Would have liked some way to get a sandwich or soup for lunch. Location was great and cooperation for getting a taxi was very good. Seemed expensive for the quality of the hotel.

The room was very comfortable.

The shampoos in the bathroom were partially used and left that way for us to use. We were charged for a breakfast and didn't even know we receive breakfast. Nobody at the hotel told us about the breakfast. We would have gotten up earlier to have breakfast. We didn't get to read the reservation confirmation because we were traveling while we made the reservation and only had access to computers, once in awhile. Why should we be charged for brekfast, if we don't have a choice of having it or not?

Shuttle to airport. The drivers were helpful.

There was no remote controller for the TV in the room. We want to check the status of the hurricane in Mexico, where we were headed. The desk attendants brought a controller from another room, but it did not work, so we could never turn on the TV. The girl at the desk when we checked in was not very hospitable. The hotel was a bit further from the airport than we expected.

Did not have the chance to eat at the restaurant. Other than my complains with regards to the shuttle service, everything else seems fine.

The shuttle service doesn't leave exactly on time as scheduled. I was there 10 minutes before departure time but the shuttle had already left. I was pretty sure the shuttle wasn't full. I ended up using the next hotel's shuttle and luckily, no one even asked if I was from that hotel. Another time, the shuttle couldn't fit me and 3 other passengers in the shuttle. I wasn't really scheduled for that time since mine was the next one so I waited. The shuttle left the 3 of us but there was a bigger shuttle sitting in the parking lot. Why didn't they use it instead?
